The room that we occupied was worn and in desperate need of an update. Even the bath towels were dingy and frayed at the edges. Thank goodness, the property including the room was cleaned.

the room . The bed was too uncomfortable and they changed it but it turned out to be very humid walls and ceiling and the food everything is sweet the spa the jacuzzi very dirty the walls are neglected

It was one of the most worst experience I’ve ever had in staying in a resort. The bathroom in the room smelled like urine. They didn’t want to give you certain stuff to drink in the morning it was what they had or nothing else you would have to wait till the afternoon the food was horrible and I fell on property ground twice and nobody did nothing about it.

This is the worst resort i have ever stayed at! The service was terrible, the hotel is terrible and the food even worse! We ended up having to eat outside every meal!
