Booked a pool view room. The room we got was on the first floor, no view, no patio,no balcony. When asked how the room was , I stated the above to management. They did move us to a second floor room with a view. We ate there twice. Food and service was excellent. This was our fifth time staying there, would stay there again.

Buildings old, heat not functional. Pool and beach plus convenience of location were amazing. Most staff were indifferent and poor service providers. Tony at the front desk and Sara in the Grill made me feel like they valued my business
