The rooms were not very clean. The pool and hot tub were dirty (I don’t think the chemical levels were checked very often). Basically the rooms were not clean, we got a “clean”towel that had a skid mark on it. The sink in the bathroom sink leaked, they came up to check it and said it was no big deal, put a bucket under it and would fix it when we checked out (I didn’t care as long as they knew we weren’t responsible for it). The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The staff was extremely nice, though! We wouldn’t stay there again, but you live and learn.

Hotel is very rundown and in desperate need of some repair and upgrades. Mattresses are old, bathroom has rust stains, peeling paint and odors hit you as soon as you walk in the lobby.

The location was excellent and room looked clean. Staff were nice. But the first floor hallway and desk area smelled like mold/mildew. The clean clothes I hung up in my room on the second floor had to rewashed by the end of our 4 night stay due to the smell of mildew.

The rooms in this property very dated and some items needed repair. Bathroom tub didn’t drain, some burn marks on outdoor furniture, ripped/taped carpet, etc. The staff were all very nice and you could tell they were doing their best to keep the property clean. For the price, this property was acceptable.

Property was quiet and close to many bars restaurants. Hotel needs a renovation and the carpeting was extremely dirty. Also the property needs seating on the beach area. There are no lounge chairs or beach chairs.

Partial view of ocean. Next door was Superbowl and was noisy. Beach is small. No breakfast.
