Screaming kids it look like playground not hotel
Lots of kids screaming and playing ball at entrance area and corridors of the hotel we had to yell to them hotel employees did not do anything

The property was in a great place next to the outlet, wish the hotel had its own parking area instead of sharing with the outlet/Seasons 52 restaurant. Definitely challenging to find close parking.

Modern hotel, courteous staff, clean surroundings and easy walk to the mall. Breakfast was nice because but not outstanding. Take away food was also quick and filling. Food options could be wider and room size could be slightly larger.

The property has a great location within minutes walking distance of Sawgrass. I also love the gym and the views from the gym, especially as most hotel gyms tend to be cramped internal rooms. It was a nice touch to put the guest name on the TV screen. The cleaning staff never replaced anything, including soap, lotion, coffee, sugar, or makeup remover towels during our stay. We had to ask for them at the front desk, which was inconvenient as we were on the seventh floor. The front desk staff were really helpful and also a lady who works in the dining area.
