Check in staff were not friendly, almost rude and inattentive. Older hotel, but appeared to be clean. Free shuttles were good, except for long wait (over an hour) at airport for pick up. Continental breakfast staff were good and friendly. Most of the shuttle drivers were friendly. Check in was long and check in were not friendly. Check in staff are the hotels first impression, and they drop the ball.

Nice hotel, in our case, for a precruise stay as they have free transfers from airport to hotel and hotel to cruise port. Breakfast was good start to a busy cruise day.

Lobby is tacky. Breakfast is mostly what you would expect, but at a lower quality level. There's only one elevator, and you have to walk an awkward maze if you end up in a room on the far side of the hotel. The lighting makes it so your room doesn't get dark, even with blackout shades. And the 11am bus didn't leave until 11:45am. So we had to spend a lot of time sitting around waiting.

We arrived late after a long day of travel. Room was not as pictured when we booked. We were facing a back parking lot and it was late. I complained and was given a better room in the end. Not sure why I was given the first room when I had paid the amount I paid. Pictures did NOT match what I paid for. First room was smelly and smoky.
