The rooms were not very clean. The pool and hot tub were dirty (I don’t think the chemical levels were checked very often). Basically the rooms were not clean, we got a “clean”towel that had a skid mark on it. The sink in the bathroom sink leaked, they came up to check it and said it was no big deal, put a bucket under it and would fix it when we checked out (I didn’t care as long as they knew we weren’t responsible for it). The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The staff was extremely nice, though! We wouldn’t stay there again, but you live and learn.

Friendly staff, checking in was easy, Devon at the front desk was helpful. The room needs to be updated, bed is clean. Location is great! The beach area and the pool is great for kids.

Place was right on the beach that was awesome had pool and hotub also which was amazing!!! The carpet in the room was filthy my one year old grandson was crawling on the floor and his feet and legs were black from that carpet set my garbage outside so the cleaning person would pick it up never happened nor did they not freshen up our room in the three days I stayed there

Perfect location & priced well.
The location was perfect for where and what we wanted to do. Staff is very friendly. However, we never had our room attended to the entire stay. No towels, toilet tissue, garbage, vac... etc. taken care of. Stove was non-working too. All in all, in spite of all of that, I would stay again because it was such a great price & perfect spot for a February break.

Hotel rooms view of gulf is very limiting need to be on balcony to see, the building itself is dated but the location is unbeatable with pool and hot tub and private beach. Making it better is the tiki bars next door that has live bands going

Very old and worn out hotel. Room had a very strong unpleasant smell, had to buy air freshener spray to try breath normally. Room not very clean - dusty snd musty. Hallways with old paint, doors cracked. Pool and hot tub was ok.
