It was good for the kids. Close to everything in the area. Plenty of food options and having a kitchen was key with the family. Cleanliness could use some improvement but overall a good stay.

Highly Recommend New Hotel Collections Harboursid
I booked this facility online and was extremely satisfied with everything. The hotel was excellent in all ways and the staff was exceptional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities you will need. The second room had its own refrigerator and coffee maker Access to just about anything you will need is within walking distance. It also has a water park attached to the property which is very convenient for families with children. The morning we were going to check out my husband got up not feeling well. I went to the check in and Maddie was very helpful in getting me information to reserve another night. I spoke with Dustin in reservations and he helped me book another nights stay. Jim McAvoy was very friendly and helpful during my stay. Mariah was helpful with my checkout. I found out while I was there that I had stayed at another one of their hotels in Indian Shores a couple of years ago. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will stay again when I go back. I will also check for an affiliation to the brand when traveling. Thanks to all the staff at New Hotel Collection Harbourside. Deborah Mansfield

Not a Resort
Called a “resort” because of kids water park. Basically a hotel room. Too many failings to type but a $30 a day resort fee which was for their Wi-Fi, clean linen, public on street parking and 1 park pass. Front office staff not welcoming with complaints/questions. Upon checkout I informed GM I was going to give this place horrible reviews he said he was sorry to hear that and then walked away. Did nothing to inquire or resolve. Fortunately, Nicole at corporate reservations stepped up and made “right” with me by using common sense.
