We were forced to move rooms during our stay because they were apparently overbooked. It was a huge pain. In our second room we had to kill 2 cockroaches. Wouldn’t go back.

Elevators out the entire time. Had to beg to have room cleaned. Charged daily for it being a resort which is a joke. Part of resort amenity was cabana at beach only for two we had 3 so had to pay for another beach chair. Waited and waited asked several times for it finally got one circa 1970 beach chair no pad like cabana chairs had very uncomfortable. The so called resort amenities were such a joke. They should refund me the 260.00 fee. I will never stay there again.
