"5 stars all round. The room was fabulous with amenities far beyond expectations. Staff, especially Bianca, were very helpful and friendly. Parking was very secure and easily accessible. Location in Richmond was excellent especially in close vicinity to the Epworth Hospital where we had an appointment for medical treatment."

"The bed was exceptionally large and occupied a disproportionate amount of the available carpeted space. For future stays, we recommend limiting the room furnishings to a single armchair of the “king of the castle” variety. Additionally, the provision of charging facilities for all device types is essential, as we will require adequate means to recharge both our equipment and our cognitive capacity. Please ensure that the slippers are reinstated in the room; I currently have them placed in my bag. Mission accomplished."
