Svalbard Hotell - The Vault
"Clean room and spacious bathroom. Lovely heated footing in the bathroom! Bed very comfortable and great blackout blinds. Nowhere to unpack / put clothes and bags and this was the only downside to the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet plentiful, varied and fresh."

Mary-Ann's Polarrigg
"This is a classic and funky place in Longyearbyen and probably worth considering for that reason alone. The staff were very helpful and the food was wonderful. The main downside was the incredible expense particularly for a tiny room w a shared bathroom/ toilet. The town is expensive generally given its remote location but it is hard to justify charging as much as they do nonetheless."
