Everything was pretty much perfect. If I have one complaint it would be our check in.p We were told that check in is at 3pm We didnt get into our room until like 4 30. This is unacceptable.

"Hamilton is a beautiful little city. Lots to see and do. In terms of the Sheraton it is a great hotel, great staff, clean rooms and was a wonderful experience.
