The breakfast was absolutely amazing! So many choices, and so good! I ate enough that I didn’t need lunch :) staff was so nice and the property was immaculately maintained. Would definitely recommend.

Sonesta Hotel Arequipa
The rooms are extremely quiet and luxurious. The spa was not run well — no one was there. The breakfast was amazing, but the restaurant's service was on the slow side. The neighborhood is in the business district and boring.

Hotels.com didn’t even send them anything that we had booked our room, luckily it was available. This is a hostel but says it’s a hotel. It needs updated and is in a bad part of town. The family was nice and accommodating.
