"My partner and I had a mixed but overall positive experience at this hotel. There were definitely some standout features we really appreciated. For one, breakfast was available until 10 a.m., which was a huge plus since many hotels tend to end it much earlier. The lobby area is also beautiful and makes a great first impression when you walk in. On top of that, the staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really liked how modern and convenient everything felt. The check-in and check-out process is very technology-based and completely contactless. We didn’t even need a physical key card—each room has its own key code, and when it’s time to check out, you simply send a text. It made everything quick and easy. That said, the main downside was that parts of the hotel are still under renovation even the rooms being half painted. Some areas felt unfinished, and a few rooms seem like they’re only partially updated. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, we think this hotel has a lot of potential, and once renovations are fully complete, it will likely be a fantastic place to stay."

"The hotel was very clean. The lobby was freshly mopped and our room was perfect. Clean bathroom and a very comfortable king-size bed with double pillows for both of us. The room had a large TV and a large shower. The hotel had an ice machine and a free Continental breakfast included. There is coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby for all guests. The staff, especially Alex, was so friendly and nice. We felt welcomed by her. The cleaning crew did a great job."

"I wouldn’t stay here again. The room was not well maintained and didn’t feel clean. There were scuffs and marks on the walls and dirt down the side of the fridge, and overall it just felt neglected. The biggest issue was the cigarette burns in the comforter, especially since this was not listed as a smoking room. (Or that I noticed (it reeked of smoke through out the whole floor.) The door latch area was also damaged, (was ripped off) which made me question the safety of the room. The bathroom was concerning as well. The toilet moved when you sat on it, which did not feel safe or sanitary. Outside, the property wasn’t well kept either, with visible trash in the parking area. I also heard screaming and banging from a neighboring room, which made me feel unsafe. I would have checked out but between having to travel here for treatment and paying for multiple stays I didn’t have the money. I’d recommend looking elsewhere."
