The entrance to this apartment opens onto an open space consisting of a living area furnished with a sofa, dining table and TV set inside the living area is a fully equipped American kitchen with oven, coffe maker and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: two with a queen-size bed and one with 2 single beds, as well as a walk-in closet.

There are 2 bathrooms both equipped with shower stalls. A balcony equipped with outdoor furniture completes the layout.
