The house is located inside a recently renovated historic building on the city’s main street, the central Corso Umberto, just a few steps from Piazza Duomo and Piazza San Sebastiano, true architectural gems.
Its strategic position makes it the ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Sicily. The A18 highway entrance is just a few minutes away, ensuring easy access.
Catania Airport can be reached in just 30 minutes via the highway.
Situated on the most elegant street in the historic center, the house is surrounded by everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pizzerias, wine bars, pubs, and shops of all kinds are just a short walk away.
Despite being in the heart of the city, the area is quiet and safe, far from the hustle and bustle of nearby Catania, which can still be easily reached in just 20 minutes.

The splendid Taormina, with its Greek Theater and Isola Bella, is only a 30-minute drive via the highway. Syracuse, with its Greek Theater and the island of Ortigia, is just over an hour away, while in 75 minutes, you can catch a hydrofoil to visit the enchanting Aeolian Islands.
For art, history, and nature enthusiasts, Noto and the Vendicari Nature Reserve are about 75 minutes away via the highway, while Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples are just over a two-hour drive.
