VILLA CEGLIE - ACIREALE AREA
Situated near Acireale in southeastern Sicily, Villa Ceglie is a modern seafront villa with large terraces and a private swimming pool, heated on request. Perfect for a seaside holiday, the villa is conveniently located just 10m from the beach and within walking distance of the nearest restaurant and delicatessen. Villa Ceglie is an excellent starting point for exploring southern Sicily and the beautiful cities of Taormina and Catania.

Villa Ceglie (300 sqm) develops over two levels: the Manor House with ground and first floor and the Pool House. The villa has disabled access and a bathroom for the disabled.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a large sofa, a dining room, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is one double bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower, one bathroom (toilet and sink), and laundry room.

On the first floor are three double bedrooms, each with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Outside, we have a pool house which includes a changing room, bathroom with shower, terraces, garden, private swimming pool, and solarium. The garden features a large solarium alongside a spacious terrace of 100 sqm with a saltwater swimming pool (measuring 6.50 x 13 meters and max 1.35 meters deep, open all year round) which can be heated on request (heated only from 01.03 to 30.11; up to 26°C). Additional amenities include a barbecue, beach umbrella, chairs, sun loungers, sofa and private parking.
