"The view was amazing and the food was really good. Dinner was delicious and the service was excellent. The spa area and breakfast were also very good. However, the room unfortunately did not meet our expectations, especially considering we paid extra for a superior room. The condition of the room was not great, several power outlets didn’t work, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, and the balcony wall had some visible damage. Bathrobes were initially missing, but they were provided quickly after we asked. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and would come again, but we would definitely choose a better room next time."

I can imagine this hotel is great when amenities are offered. Without, the price is not justified at all. "The Alpen Chalets were very good - clean, lot of space for 3 adults. Service was great in the Restaurant Senger and the food was delicious. We had breakfast and dinner in Restaurant Senger for nearly 5 days and we liked the food. Spa with massages is also very good. In general excellent experience. This was our 3rd visit during Christmas times and we like it here."
