Emplacement très bien, bel appartement bien ensoleillé.Problème très bruyant la nuit difficile de bien dormir les camions des poubelles à 3 heures du matin et jusqu'à 6 heures.
Nice apt very near to the sea in a central position. I really recommend this apt. We particurly appreciate the cute terrace with a great view on Paya De Las Americas. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed and wardrobes are very clean, wide and useful even if the interior design is not so modern. Karolina who has welcome us is very polite and the check in-out procedure very flexible. Thank you for the nice stay.
Das Appartement, Pueblo Canario 460, ist gut aufgeteilt, mit Küche, Wohn-Essbereich, zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Bad mit Dusche und einem großen Balkon mit schöner Sitzgelegenheit und einem Wäscheständer.
Alles soweit vorhanden, bis auf einen Ventilator. Das kann dann schon mal etwas wärmer werden.
Die Kommunikation von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat sehr gut geklappt.
Der Strand ist vom Balkon aus zu sehen und zu Fuß in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Drumherum gibt es genügend Bars und Restaurants z. B. Restaurant Europa oder Monica, in denen man gut essen kann. Selbst das Frühstück mit Meerblick hat uns sehr gefallen ,z.B. Waikiki Bar.
Der Siam Park ist auch zu Fuß zu erreichen in ca. 20 min.
Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass alle Hotels bis spät in der Nacht ihren Müll zum (Glas)Container bringen (dieser steht genau an der Hauptstraße vor dem Appartementhaus) und keine Rücksicht auf Urlauber nehmen. Dann ab ca. 5 Uhr kommt die Müllabfuhr und Stadtreinigung. Schlafen geht dann nur mit verschlossenen Türen.
Trotz allem war der Urlaub sehr schön und man konnte auch im November noch ins Wasser gehen.
Wir werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen
