La Marieta:
La Marieta is a very comfortable and at the same time accessible accommodation as it consists of a single floor on a plot of 250m2.



It is a very bright house, with large windows with direct access to the outside of the house and where you can breathe the coastal air at all times.



La Marieta is located in the southwest of the island of Tenerife, in Sueño Azul, a quiet residential area belonging to the municipality of Adeje.



Adeje has several Protected Natural Spaces such as Barranco Infierno and more than 14 beaches with sand of all colours where it is possible to swim all year round thanks to the average temperature of 24º and its sunny days.







Walking distance to the village of Calloa Salvaje and its black sandy beach "Ajabo" with restaurants, bars, pharmacy, children's playground, tennis courts and small supermarkets.



The beaches of Las Americas, Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje with the best beaches in the south of Tenerife and the best shopping centres such as Siam Mall or El Duque are only 10 minutes away. Also one of the best water parks in Europe, Siam Park.



It is an ideal place for golf lovers, as the Costa Adeje Golf Course is only 5 minutes away and the Abahama Golf Course is only 10 minutes away.



From the house you have easy access to the motorway and the North motorway, it is very well communicated.



In this area there is the possibility of flying over the southwest of the island with paragliding or helicopter, diving to observe the entire seabed and hiking discovering the most beautiful and hidden corners of the island by following paths such as the Roque del Conde, Camino Tradicional de Ifonche, Boca de Paco de Paco de Adeje and Boca de Paco de Paco de Adeje.

Maria was really nice and helpful. She left some fruits, wine and cookies for us for our arrival which was really thoughtful. We needed to contact to her couple times during our stay and she replied quite fast on WhatsApp. The property was clean. The location was great. All the necessities(shops, restaurants) are in walking distance, area feels safe and quite. The kitchen was equipped really well, pool was great. There is a taxi spot nearby if you need to get one. P.S. If you are planning to use Uber or Taxi. Taxi is a lot more cheaper.
