We are a company with years of experience dedicated to holiday rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in the different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).

The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and must be notified at least two days in advance to contract it.

Someone from the staff will be waiting for you at the entrance of the apartment at the agreed time on the day of your arrival. They will show it to you and give you the keys. Check-in starts at 15:00 and ends at 22:00. If a guest wishes to check in after this time, they will have to pay € 25 in cash before entering the apartment.

Accommodation:

Simple apartment on the ground floor of the Mareverde residence very sought after for its countless cascading pools and its location.

The apartment consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed. It has a full bathroom with shower and a large open space with kitchen, dining area and living room with TV and sofa bed. The strong point of this apartment is that the living room overlooks a large terrace with a second dining area and barbecue for the exclusive use of guests.

It does not have parking and is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The complex has several community pools. Sun loungers cannot be reserved, they are for community use.

Neighborhood:

It is located in the heart of the Costa de Adeje within the well-known Mareverde complex. Close to the beaches of Fañabé and El Duque.

Close to all the necessary services. Shops, bars, restaurants and pubs and about 5 minutes walk from the beach and the Maritime Port.

NOTICE: It is important that guests confirm their telephone number when booking and give us an approximate arrival time at the accommodation to arrange check-in. Remember that it is an apartment and we do not have a reception as such and the only way to avoid waiting is to balance the schedules. We remind you that check-in time ends at 22:00. If a guest needs to enter after this time, they must notify in advance and will have an additional cost that must be paid in cash upon arrival.

The rules are mandatory. In case of violation by a guest, the accommodation reserves the right to expel them from the accommodation without the right to a refund. If they cause damage, compensation will be requested from them through the aircover system.

- Parties or events are not allowed.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Please do not make noise during the night and respect the sleeping hours of the neighbors.

- Please do not mistreat the furniture and do not throw away the garbage on the day of check-out.

- Please do not throw sanitary wipes, pads or compresses in the toilet, use the garbage disposed of in the bathrooms.

- The main guest must be at least 18 years old.

- The number of guests cannot be greater than that agreed upon in the platform.

- Airport transfer must be requested at least two days in advance. (The service is subject to charges)

- Cots will have an additional cost of € 7 per night and must be requested in advance.

- Check-in starts at 15:00 and ends at 22:00. If a guest wishes to check in after the arrival time, they must pay an additional fee of € 25 in cash to our staff before entering the accommodation.

- Check-out ends at 11:00.

- The rules of coexistence of the apartment and the community are mandatory. If any guest breaks them or does not behave properly, they will be expelled from the property without any right to a refund and in case of damage to the accommodation, it will be charged from the security deposit. (In this case the air coverage)
