Staff was great, the room was not like the photo. Much older style than expected, hot water took ages, mins to eventually get hot. Room stuffy, no fresh air. For $105 we got what we paid for. Great location for food, transport and city life though!

Room was nothing like in photos. Dirty old box air conditioner. Frayed carpet. Bathroom old, wash basin cracked enamel. Both rooms booked bad. We left after 30 min to another hotel. Not good for families. Not worth it. Not a good area. Room overpriced for facilities. Unacceptable. Cannot recommend it to anyone. Only positive was staff member at check-in was lovely, friendly & helpful.

The room was spacious and tidy. The view from the fifth floor was spectacular. The air conditioning worked well. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Super convenient location to Rundle Mall. However, it was a bit noisy with a fair few vagrants about.

There was no air conditioning or fan in the room so, with hot summer temperatures, it was like trying to sleep in a sauna. There is a very noisy all-night pub next door so opening the windows made sleeping even more difficult. Rooms are not serviced during your stay. It was just very uncomfortable.

The room was shabby and not well cleaned. Noticeable dust under the bed. Curtains on the worn side and one window appeared to be missing the internal one . The room was extremely noisy as it has an alleyway running down the side. I was woken multiple times by passer-by's and trucks including a rubbish truck. I arrived very late and had problems with the bond $200. The one big plus was the receptionist who was extremely kind given the late hour she was contacted. Convenient location. Value for money definitely not.

Beds were comfortable. Room was a good size. Airconditioner worked well but looked old & vents were broken. The Television only had a about a stations were could see, all the others were saying audio only… Hotel is very central to all shops, nightlife, arks & transport. however from 4am the noise trucks doing their deliveries or whatever is quite loud. Price was reasonable for 2 people.
A baby lorikeet that my friend found near the hotel in the laneway.
