Situated close to all amenities. Once you step inside, this home excudes style and grace with crisp flowing lines.

Comprising of 3 bedrooms, with 2 queen bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 single beds. It exudes a genuine feeling of comfort and space. All rooms are spacious, with main bedroom with ensuite, walk in robe and pleasant outlook. All bed and bath linen is supplied. Portacot and high chair available on request.

The house has Split System Air Conditioning for year round comfort in all bedrooms and living areas.

The house also has a spacious open dining and kitchen with Euro gas top cooking, and dishwasher with floating floorboards throughout and carpet in the bedrooms. The Dining Area has a new wooden 6 seater dining table.
There is a seperate Living Area with Lounges and TV

There are two double sliding doors leading out to north facing courtyard and side yard with outdoor setting with a couple of smaller settings for a relaxing cup of tea or wine in the sun.

The laundry has space with washer and dryer and clothes line located within a few steps from the back door.

All linen and towels are supplied.

There is a secure 1 car garage with automated roller door and lockable side entry for ease and security and also further 1 car off street parking in the driveway.

We have a minimum of 2 night stays.

Situated only 6km or 8-10 minutes drive from the CBD. The location couldn't be anymore central being on city fringe a short walk to Churchill Shopping Centre and Bunnings, Kmart, Coles, Costco and Eateries and shops and just as close to the Islington train station that will see you arrive in the centre of Adelaide in 10 minutes - 4 train stops to Adelaide Oval.

Absolutely fabulous!
Fantastic townhouse and very dog friendly. Very comfortable and the property had everything one needs for a summer holiday. David is so welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here. We will definitely return. Thank you David!

Property in good location near to shops, had everything to make it like home, cleanliness is very poor we had to clean the place before we could even un pack suitcases, the house was filthy it had used water bottles hair bands paper under beds the ceiling fans was full of dust that looked like it had been there for months, skirting boards also full of muck and dust that had been there for months, spoke to the manager who apologised for the concerns we had he stated that he usually checks after the cleaners have been in but due to back to back bookings he didn't have the chance, but the house was absolutely filthy and it hadn't happened over the space of a couple of bookings Regards Tracey

Perfect location
David's place was the perfect location right in the middle of 4 lots of relatives who live here! The townhouse was clean and tidy and very well set up. We had read on previous reviews to bring a top sheet for the beds so that was all good. David was very communicative and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for having us! Jen and Gary

Comfort in a great location
Everything within the house was lovely, and exactly as advertised. A couple of niggles externally, with a somewhat temperamental garage door opener and a broken catch on the gate beside the carport but overall a really nice place in a very accessible location.

The property was nice. We enjoyed the location to the shops, and only a 25-30 minute drive to beaches and other attractions. Our only complaint was that there weren’t any top sheets on the beds. That seemed a bit strange to us and after addressing it with the property manager, we were told that they don’t supply those. We made do with what they had though and the property itself was very roomy and had all the basic amenities. Overall, we would stay here again. Perhaps just bring our own sheets next time!
