First time visiting, nice complex, our room had an issue but staff were great in a quick response / outcome. Friendly staff, clean place. Pool and spa - spa doesn’t work, but is perfectly warm. As a shorty, I found it quite difficult to get in and out of the spa, no hand rail and the step into the spa is deeper than most I've been in. Breakfast was perfect. Inroom facilities perfect for our needs. Balcony overlooking west lakes shore was nice 👌 to be able to watch the rowers during the day and nice view at night.

Nice clean hotel in great location. Excellent size rooms including bed, bathroom and balcony. Asked if possibly for early check in, received a call that morning to say room was ready but when got to hotel around 1pm was told room wasn’t ready? Bit disappointing but otherwise a good stay
