While the accomodation is okay, the check in staff aren’t exactly warm and friendly. The $30 a night car parking is a challenge to enter and navigate in anything but a compact car, and the lifts look like a junkie haven.

Room had a very stale smell, felt like the room had not been opened in weeks. TV in bedroom didnt work - no services/signal. Generally run-down. Carpet just felt gross. Wouldn't recommend.

Room sizes were adequate for a family of 4. However the AC was unable to be controlled in the room and the in-room phone was disconnected and never repaired. For a self contained apartment, there was a lack of basic provisions to enable cleaning of cooking utensils etc. Parking and Wifi are optional extras and the ability to connect to the wifi is not so straightforward. We found the parking quite difficult although somewhat typical of older inner city garages found in larger cities. there is also a very limited number of bays available.

Conveniently located and spacious apartment near public transport. The staff were great and it was nice to have a kitchenette. The bathroom amd bedroom were quite spacious, which was great for our family. On the downside, the carpets need a serious clean (within twenty minutes of walking in the apartment the bottom of our socks were black). Also, either the washing machine was impossible to figure out or it did not work. We tried to turn it on, but it didnt do anything. Otherwise, nice trip and would probably stay there again given the convenience and price point.

Booked specifically for the indoor pool and location. Easy access to public transport and the events we were attending. Minimal supplies eg 1 dish washer tablet for 3 night stay. Pitty reception staff were rude. Overall a good place to stay though.

Good Enough

Location was great for me who attended a conference across the road. Room was also very good and spacious. Service was really non-existing - hardly interacted with anyone and the one request I made did not materialise. There was no restaurant or coffee shop - you had to go to the property next door, not too convenient when raining. Price was high for the level of service/amenities offered.
