The curtains kept opening and closing. No phone in room, tablet wouldnt connect as phone. Room service is basically served like an uber. Also got my food wrong and chips werent even cooked.

We arrived at 10.30am as we chose the valet parking and were heading to the tennis, so were expecting to check in after we’d. To our surprise, our room was ready and we were able to check in straightaway, and were also given a room upgrade. Very straightforward, room very comfortable, probably the best hotel bed I’ve slept in. Very quiet. The welcome drink was great, but even to buy a glass afterwards was not very expensive at all. Nice wine, especially for a welcome drink! Parking was easy. Would absolutely recommend and would absolutely stay here again, the price we paid when we booked was very reasonable compared to other high end hotels in the area, and I have no doubt extremely good value and quality in comparison.
