So very disappointed.
Iâm so torn to write this review but this was not worth the money we spent on this house. One of the bedrooms was infested with baby spiders, even between the sheets, hundreds of them. This rendered the room unusable for three days. They sent housekeeper to spray an over the counter pesticide. I ended up spraying the outside patio and window to help the problem. Also, be prepared, only 1 towel per person. Too bad if you want to wash your hair. There are 3 patios of which all were dirty, we only used one and had to wipe down the table and chairsâŠ.really!! The floors were all dirty and your feet were black if you walked around barefooted and the bathrooms stunk. As far as household supplies, 1 dishwasher tablet and 3 sheets of paper towels. The stove top did not light, nothing to light it with manually, all the markings on the stove top were worn off. Oh, and I was told that this was Australia and we have insects here. Iâm an expat, raised in Adelaide. They did drop off paper towels, dishwasher tablets and a box of matches after two requests. Being so close to the beach you would think they would have some beach towels, think again, no!!We were told if we didnât have to stay we could leave, knowing full well there were no other rentals in the area. We flew from Los Angeles to visit family and had no other choice but to stay. Thankfully my brother who lives in Adelaide supplied us with extra towels and pillows.
