Sanibonani - Good morning to all!

In amongst the lush flora of the Aldinga Scrub sits Sanibonani. A charming residence perfect for those in search of a tranquil escape. Hidden in the best sense, youll feel worlds away, with the only likely interruption being a visit from the local fauna.

Perched on the front deck, youll have a front row seat to the watch the happenings of the Aldinga Scrub Conservation Park which is home to many Kangaroos, Echidnas, Possums, Birds and Lizards, while you sip your morning espresso, or enjoy a glass of red as the sun begins to set.

On a frosty morning or cold winters night you can curl up on the sofa in front of the toasty wood fireplace. Settle in with your favourite read, stream the latest episode of the series youve been binging, or watch the latest game on demand with free use of both Netflix Kayo on the Smart TV.

Those looking to entertain will appreciate the built-in Braai area, or as the locals say charcoal BBQ, which is equipped with its own fridge and bar counter overlooking the garden. Adjacent to this area is the second living room, which has a comfy sofa and large TV. The grounds are fully fenced and slightly shaded by the native trees which offer extra privacy. You can toast some marshmallows or just enjoy a good conversation with friends as you sit around the fire pit.

The light filled dining area opens out onto the front deck. There is a table which seats up to six and your very own bar equipped with bar fridge.

Youll be cosy once tucked under the sheets in the main bedroom, with a split system to heat/cool and mounted TV. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equally as cosy, and each has a variety of books and clothing storage spaces.

Whether youre looking for a place to unwind and unplug away from the hustle and bustle, or an entertainer moments from the beach, Sanibonani allows you to enjoy the best our region has to offer. You can sample the fruits of the world-renowned McLaren Vale wineries, taste the delectable local cuisine at the seaside restaurants or simply just explore the natural wonderland that is the South Coats of Adelaide, SA.

short break

An amazing quirky little property with a lot of space, the kids loved the games room at the back of the property. A well equipped kitchen and a perfect eating area both out at the front of the property on the decking where we could watch the kangaroos in the Conservation Park and fantastic little enclosed area at the back of the property with some shelter. A fully enclosed garden with lots to sniff at for our Cocker Spaniel. Just 5 minutes drive to the amazing Aldinga Beach. Thank you for letting us stay at your property and we will most definitely be back very soon.

Loved the house, the scrub , coastal feel.

House was comfortable, interesting well set up for a family. The dining bar sunroom adds warmth and light. Aldinga coastline is magnificent and that’s only 10 minute walk away. Best coffeee post COVID at Pearls in the beach. Just marvellous!

Ideal property for a family. Needs some updating.

Ideal for family. Unfortunately there was building going on next door so noisy equipment and loud music. Kitchen cupboards sticky and rubbish bin extremely dirty under the garbag.l gave it a good clean. Bedding extremely good. Thank you
