Our daughter is here on her own and has been so safe and happy at this hotel. She's been at the Fringe festival working and we haven't worried at all about her. She's loved staying here. We will stay here next year when we return for Fringe.

The location was great, not in the city centre but close enough to walk or catch the free tram into city centre. Opposite the huge park was also a plus for me too.

First look and you think you’re going into an old style motel. Think again! The rooms have been updated to be modern and very comfortable. Easy walk to the free tram or just walk north to the shops in the city.

The hotel was fine, location was ok. We stayed over the weekend when there were several hens-nights, so guests were quite loud. Bedding could’ve been better - 1 very soft pillow each which was not adequate. Advertising a swimming pool, which wasn’t even at the premises was very misleading, and felt awkward having to go next door to use the facilities.

Great but for one thing

This is a very comfortable motel style (my preference) accommodation. I would have rated it higher but for the extreme musty odor in my room (my friend's room was fine). Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again. Very nice!

The area has a ghetto vibes, all sorts of shady people are gathering on the parking lot in front of the rooms. Also, it's noisy. The staff is friendly and it is a good service, but I wasn't thrilled with buffet breakfast. Occasionally they were lacking food and plates, especially if you arrive after 8 am. The only good thing was a free parking.
