While downstairs has the open plan living area of dreams, a walk through laundry and small half bathroom off to the side, upstairs includes three good sized bedrooms, the main bathroom with a bath-tub, and an ensuite.
The bedrooms all fit with spacious wardrobes, also have large windows to help bring in fresh air and natural light. The main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe.

Car parking is in the secure, undercover driveway for two cars. If you have a third or fourth car they can be parked on the driveway. Please contact us for an explanation of on-street parking options.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
We allow cats and/or dogs only. Per the listing, an extra damage deposit of $250 per pet applies and only pets up to 10kg are allowed inside. Any pets over 10kg must be kept outside. Pets must stay downstairs (make use of gates on stairs) and sheet(s) provided must remain on couch(es) for protection.
Great location, shops within walking distance and larger shopping centres only a short drive. Plenty of activities for kids nearby. Plenty of space for family to spread out, ammenities made stay very easy, very clean, parking space was ideal.
residence wasnt clean,cigarette butts swept into the corner in garage. stained carpets, no where to store clothes in rooms,main bedroom had walk in robe with broken shelves you couldnt use, there were spider webs in main bathroom one tea towel for use,dirty glass dinning table that rocked when used, no place mats, we had 5 guests, table only catered for 4,seating in loungeroom only catered for 4.down lights that were blown,light in main wadrobe blown, outside bbq no gas. tv outside didnt work, drier in laundry leaked water when used but you had to use it because theres no clothes line or airer outside, after complaining to swainson a littlle airer was provided same as bath towels and tea towels and dishwashing tablets for dishwasher, after 3 days into our holiday. oh and also only one set of keys for 5 adults.also no of the exhaust fans worked upstairs.there were no instuctions to explain how to use the airconditioning to use between levels.
Check in - padlock in mailbox was rusted. Could only get keys by pulling off the front of the mailbox.
Not enough dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tablets or basic tea, coffee or starter packs.
There was not enough lounge seats for all of us to watch tv.
We could not use the BBQ as it was disgustingly dirty, rusted and no grill.
In the kitchen not enough cooking pots/pans or utensils.
We didnât even have enough toilet paper.
There were young people out in the street and in school yard across the road making lots of noise. We went out on the balcony to investigate as I thought my car was being broken into. The neighbours complained to the real estate that we were loud. Didnât matter to us that they woke us at 5.30am to do their Easter Egg hunt across the road.
We couldnât fit our cars in the garage due to stuff that was being stored in the garage. There were broken shelves in the main room upstairs and a hole in the wall in another bedroom. When I contacted the real estate about a few things all I got back was âwe are so sorry about this and thank you for being understandingâ
We paid almost $6000 for 10 days and the only advantage of this place was its great location. This truly was not a good experience at all and a waste of money. We feel we should be compensated as this wasnât a great place to stay.
The property is well located and within easy walking distance to all you need for a lovely relaxing break. Lovely linen and comfy beds. Easy maintenance and fun filled space to catch up with family and friends with large BBQ and dining area inside and out. Dog friendly which makes it ideal for us.
