Clonmel Acres: Hot Tub + Mins to Hazy Mtn & BMB

Please note: we do not have high speed internet. Download speed is under 10mbps, making this location more of an unplugged experience and not ideal for work-from-home guests. We are not equipped to host events here, and ask the quiet hours be observed from 10 pm to 8 am, in effort to be good neighbors!

DINING ROOM: Formal dining room for 10, plus highchair

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with all major appliances

HALF BATH/LAUNDRY: Single vanity, toilet, NEW washer and dryer

BEDROOM 1: Queen bed, nightstands, desk

BATHROOM 1: Walk-in shower, large single vanity, toilet

*Pack N' Play and air mattress are also available for guests to use*

UPSTAIRS:

GAME ROOM: foosball table, table and chairs for 6, cabinet with board/card games, couch

BEDROOM 2: Queen bed, nightstands, desk, chair, sound machine, closet with full-length mirror

BEDROOM 3: Queen bed, nightstands, desk, chair, sound machine, closet with full-length mirror

BATHROOM 2: Private bathroom for bedroom 3. Single vanity, tub/shower combo, toilet, towels and toiletries provided.

BEDROOM 4: Bunk beds and single twin bed, dresser, sound machine, closet with full-length mirror

BEDROOM 5: 2 twin beds, daybed, dresser, sound machine, closet with full-length mirror

BATHROOM 3: Single vanity, tub/shower combo, toilet, towels and toiletries provided.

OUTSIDE:

PRIVATE POND: Fishing is permitted. There is also a kayak for guests to use.

PATIO: Woodburning firepit (firewood not provided) and plenty of outdoor seating for guests to enjoy mountain views

HOT TUB: enjoy the large hot tub off of the downstairs bedroom.

Note: Clonmel is located on over 30+ acres and guests will have full privacy during their stay with exclusive access to the pond. We do have a cabin across the drive that is rented to long-term tenants. *CCTV cameras on the exterior of the home to monitor the drive.
