This charming Aiken ranch cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort, fun and location - just 1 mile from downtown Aiken and close to golf courses, horse venues, and major events. Fully renovated with an open-concept layout, the home welcomes you with a stocked kitchen, record player with Bluetooth and a few records, and space to relax or gather.

The home features bedrooms to the right (1 king with en-suite, 2 queen), 2 bathrooms, ceiling fans, USB ports, and thoughtful extras throughout.

Enjoy games like tic-tac-toe, Sorry!, and cards, plus a fully fenced private backyard featuring a beautiful southern live oak tree that casts shade over the patio table and chairs to help with the summer heat. Take your shot at cornhole, ladder toss and , bocce balls and more.

There is a flex room off the kitchen and laundry area (to the left of the home) that features a fold-out loveseat for additional sleeping space or a reading nook area. Because the room is open to the home, does not have a door and is not a true bed, it's best suited for a child or teen.

The host was great in communicating with us and was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We always travel with our two Goldens and they loved the backyard. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone with well behaved dogs! We definitely would stay here again in our next trip to the Aiken area

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing (if not better). It felt welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests.The host was exceptional, friendly and responsive. Check-in was seamless, and all the little touches throughout the home really made a difference. It was clear that a lot of care goes into creating a great guest experience.The location was perfect — convenient to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the frisbee golf and putting green in the backyard. We truly felt at home and would gladly stay here again.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free, and memorable stay!

Our hosts were wonderful, touched base a few times to make sure had everything we needed. The home was more than we anticipated, and everything we could asked for and more. The yard gave our kids space to run around and get some energy out after our long journey. Thank you for making our first stay a wonderful experience.
