"Property, amenities, access to metro were amazing. Their food selection on site was amazing. My complaint is to the staff and management. My body’s clock is 12 hours behind Dubai and I was there for a short stay and did not want to adjust my body clock so I could rerun back to work upon arrival back at home. I had the do-not-disturb sign at my door throughout my stay. And mind my flight to Dubai was 18 hours. The staff would constantly ring me up to check on me. It is nice they care about your well being but when you are disturbed in your sleep trying to deal with the jet lag it becomes disturbing. I spoke with one of their managers as not only they would call they would insist on coming into the room to verify everything. The manager promised I would not be disturbed again but this pattern went on every day. I asked the manager to let the guests know about this policy upon check in to reduce the frustration throughout the stay."
