from the sea, on the fourth floor with lift (four steps separate the entrance from the lift) of a pleasant building on the corner of via Dante and Vico Semini
then a few meters from the prestigious via Torino.
The accommodation, very bright, enjoys a wonderful view of the hill and a small glimpse of the sea view between the gut roofs.
The accommodation consists of a large living room of 25 square meters with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a window) as well as two balconies with enchanting views.
Air-conditioned daikin in all rooms, independent heating and tastefully decorated will be an excellent opportunity for you to stay in Alassio.

TrĂšs bel appartement dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t proche de tout et trĂšs calme avec place de parking Ă  5mn ce qui est fort apprĂ©ciable Par contre j'ai Ă©tĂ© trĂšs surprise de constater que les draps ne sont pas fournis qu il y a mĂȘme pas de papier toilette ni de produits d entretien style produit vaisselle je loue rĂ©guliĂšrement c'est la premiĂšre fois que je vois cela Lorsque l on vient juste un week-end on a pas envie de courir dans un supermarchĂ© pour acheter les produits essentiels qui devraient ĂȘtre fournis Sinon accueil de graziella trĂšs agrĂ©able Et communication avec Alessandro trĂšs sympa

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in der Ferienwohnung. Gerne haben wir MĂŒlltĂŒten,Reinigungsmittel und GeschirrspĂŒler Tabs gekauft. So etwas sollte zumindest fĂŒr den Anfang vorhanden sein. Die BettwĂ€sche war leider mit Flecken. Das macht nicht so den besten Eindruck, Ansonsten nach wie vor eine tolle Wohnung.

Wir haben als Familie Urlaub in Alassio gemacht und eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt. Die Wohnung ist groß und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Vom Balkon im Wohnbereich aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt. Die Wohnung liegt in der 4. Etage - es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Die KĂŒche hat grundlegendes Geschirr und Besteck, fĂŒr die Versorgung muss man alles besorgen (es gibt aber einen großen Supermarkt in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Die zwei Badezimmer (mit Dusche) waren fĂŒr uns vier sehr vorteilhaft. So musste man bei der RĂŒckkehr vom Strand nicht lange anstehen ;) Das Meer und der Strand sind nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt und wunderbar sauber. Es gibt ein paar wenige freie Strandbereiche.Die FußgĂ€ngerzone zwischen der Wohnung und dem Strand ist wunderbar zu stöbern, shoppen und spazieren. Der Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört, ist ein paar Minuten entfernt, aber gut erreichbar und sehr hilfreich!

Schöne Wohnung

1 Woche Alassio ist immer wunderbar. Die Wohnung hat perfekt gepasst fĂŒr uns - kleine Abstriche bei der Ausstattung( nicht ein Haken fĂŒr Garderobe im Flur, keine Möglichkeit HandtĂŒcher im Bad aufzuhĂ€ngen, ausser in die Heizung quetschen) keine GeschirrhandtĂŒcher und nicht das kleinste KĂŒchenequippment... War nicht schlimm- kann man alles besorgen. SpĂŒlmittel und SchwĂ€mmchen haben wir mal dagelassen, so als Anfang.. Aber ich wĂŒrde wieder diese Wohnung buchen! Auch die Parkmöglichkeit ist super!

Un bel Febbraio ad Alassio

La casa Ăš veramente comoda, ben arredata e funzionale. Vicinissima al lungomare ed in un condominio davvero tranquillo. Consiglierei assolutamente l'appartamento. Unico handicap: ero stato avvisato, ma i lavori per il rifacimento della facciata hanno un po' ridotto la luminositĂ  ed il comfort dell'appartamento. Spero per le prossime persone che questo intralcio venga meno.

A due passi dal mare

L'appartamento Ăš bello, luminoso e comodo. Gran parte dell'arredamento Ăš di ottima qualitĂ  e la presenza dell'aria condizionata (noi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno) Ăš garanzia di confort anche nelle stagioni piĂč calde. Ad Alassio, in qualsiasi stagione, il posto macchina Ăš un valore aggiunto importante, tuttavia l'appartamento Ăš abbastanza vicino alla stazione ferroviaria da permetterne l'utilizzo anche senza arrivare in macchina. Vicino al mare e ai negozi Ăš veramente molto comodo. Un terrazzino coperto consente anche ai tabagisti di sfogarsi con qualsiasi tempo meteo senza affumicare l'ambiente.

Das Apartment liegt perfekt, alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Einrichtung modern, wie auf den Bildern. Das Bett hat eine super Matratze und mit 160 groß genug. Die KĂŒche könnte mit einer Kaffeepadmaschine nachgerĂŒstet werden. HandtĂŒcher und Bettzeug muss man mitbringen oder fĂŒr 50€ mieten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall mal wieder.

Ruim en schoon appartement met prima bedden. 3e verdieping met lift. Contact via WhatsApp gaat prima (met hulp van google translate), erg behulpzaam. Locatie is top, via steegje kom je binnen 50 meter midden in de budello uit. Gebruik van privé parkeerplaats op aantal minuten loopafstand is heel prettig. Dit was ons 2e jaar in dit appartement en we boeken het een volgende keer zeker weer.

Ruim appartement op prima locatie

Het appartement voldoet aan alle verwachtingen. Het is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Foto's op de website geven een goed beeld. Locatie is top en groot pluspunt is de parkeerbox in een afgesloten parkeergarage op nog geen 5 min lopen. Douche heeft weinig waterkracht (doordat appartement op 4 hoog zit), maar voldoet. Twee badkamers is ideaal. De kwaliteit van de WiFi (met een max van 1GB per dag per apparaat) is matig, maar voor ons geen probleem. Al met al heerlijk verblijf gehad en zeker goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Aan te raden en zelf zouden we zeker weer boeken bij een volgend bezoek aan Alassio.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Ich habe nur 2 Anmerkungen, die mir bei der Beschreibung der Wohnung gefehlt haben. Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine, die gehört fĂŒr mich zur Grundausstattung einer KĂŒche, daher habe ich vorher auch nicht nachgefragt. Vielleicht wĂ€re die Angabe empfehlenswert. Ich lerne daraus. Genauso hĂ€tte ich es besser gefunden, wenn ich gewusst hĂ€tte, dass das Bett 1,60 m breit ist und es sich um eine einteilige Matratze und ein großes Deckbett handelt. Dann hĂ€tte ich mich um andere BettwĂ€sche gekĂŒmmert . So hatten wir ein Problem, fĂŒr das wir Gottseidank eine Lösung gefunden haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und, dass eine abgeschlossene Garage da ist, ist sehr von Vorteil. Neben der Garage befindet sich gleich ein Supermarkt und Cafes sind auch um die Ecke:-) , bei der fehlenden Kaffeemaschine.

Location location

Great stay in Alassiio at Alessandro's beautifully renovated apartment. He was super helpful prior to our arrival, answering a ton of questions from me and my family, and Graziella and Valentina (his local managers, with an office literally across the street) provided quick help during our stay. When we got there late in the afternoon for example, we could not find enough bath towels for or family of 5 - Graziella had them delivered the very next morning. The apartment is cozy but very pretty, modern and smartly laid out for our family of 5. The 2 bathrooms were a blessing for my wife and 3 daughters, as was the small, charmingly old fashioned but perfectly serviceable elevator. Independent A/C units in both bedrooms and living room worked great and we couldn't have managed the July heat without them. The location is just about perfect - on a street bustling with activity, but very quiet at night thanks to the great insulated windows. The budello and 24/7 supermarkets are both no more than a block away, you won't need a car to get any shopping or great dining done. The parking spot is inside a very secure structure off the main drag (via Aurelia), also within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Everything was as, or better than, described, no surprises. Thank you Alessandro, we look forward to coming back to Alassio next year.

La casa rispecchia le foto e la descrizione, Ăš davvero bella, spaziosa e confortevole. Il box Ăš la ciliegina sulla torta dato la difficoltĂ  nel trovare parcheggio ad Alassio. La posizione Ăš strategica, vicino al mare ed al budello. Il proprietario sempre gentile e disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Breve vacanza ad Alassio

L'alloggio Ăš molto bello e comodo vicino al centro anche se le scale iniziali per arrivare all'ascensore sono un piccolo problema per chi ha un passaggino. Non abbiamo trovato la pulizia che ci aspettavamo ma potrebbe essere stato un caso.

casa attrezzatissima a pochi passi dal mare super accessoriata, spaziosa, molto pulita. molto accogliente. Proprietario molto disponibile.

La casa di Alessandro Ăš veramente incantevole, l'ideale per un soggiorno di completo relax, le foto rendono poco. Alessandro e la signora Graziella sono molto disponibili e hanno fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. La descrizione dell'appartamento indica che non vengono fornite lenzuola e asciugamani,inoltre nella cucina non sono presenti generi alimentari base(sale,zucchero,olio...)che potrebbero essere comodi in soggiorni di breve durata. L'appartamento Ăš in una posizione strategica,vicino al mare e al budello,oltre che ad un comodo supermercato,un'ottima soluzione per soggiornare ad Alassio.Un valore aggiunto Ăš la presenza del garage.
