The price is affordable, and it works well if you just need a place to rest during a road trip. The room was clean and comfortable enough, and the free car park was a big plus—very convenient when driving. The only downside is the location, as there’s not much around the hotel (no shops or restaurants nearby), so it’s better to plan ahead. Overall, a simple and practical stay for a night 🚗"

Best booked if you don’t want to travel far, though driving was very easy and enjoyable on mainly quiet roads. Within easy reach of the larger villages. Down-sides: no facilities in the village so prepare by shopping before arriving, and the pool is not within the grounds but a 10-15 minutes walk away (I think the write-up is misleading). Overall, we had a great stay with the hosts being very helpful, within the limits of our little-speaking-French group, but we managed OK. "
