We were a group of friends on a girls trip to the Balloon Fiesta. From the moment we arrived, we were knew we’d found something unique & special. Dawn and Joe made us feel like guests rather than renters. Their hospitality set the tone for an exceptional stay. The home is stunning and immaculately clean - the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens and towels were premium quality. We were greeted with fresh-baked banana bread, and organic homemade granola. The kitchen was stocked like a boutique bed-and-breakfast—with healthy snacks, protein bars, Greek yogurt, coffee, organic creamer, and fresh fruit. There were even little balloon-shaped soaps in the bathrooms. Every little touch showed how much care was put into making us feel welcome.The property is breathtaking—a sanctuary completely enclosed and gated (we felt very safe!), with beautiful courtyards, fountains, and gardens that look straight out of Italy. The neighborhood is peaceful & safe, right down the street from vineyards, a winery, and a nearby lavender farm. The location is central to everythingHaving a washer & dryer was a big plus, and Dawn was always quick to respond to any question or requests. Both she & Joe were genuinely caring, attentive, and passionate about creating a memorable experience for us.If you’re looking for a stay that blends beauty, tranquility, and heartfelt hospitality, Dragonfly Chapel is it! We can’t wait to return—this place truly nourishes the soul. We’ll be back!

Dragonfly chapel

The Rio Grande Blvd area of Albuquerque has aways been one of my favorite areas, it's absolutely beautiful! We loved the building, built in the style of old rural chapels. Dawn was great, she tried to meet our every need, even making a great breakfast on the night before the opening of the balloon fiesta, so that we could pick it up and have it on hand. I definately recmmend this place, and I would stay again!! Great place!
