Bad Breakfast! Breakfast from 6-9am came down at 6:30 everything was gone no coffee no breakfast items hotel would not restock hotel was out of items. Desk Cleark did not seem to care.

Things that need work

My trip was not pleasant. From free wi-fi not being free to luggage carts too hard to handle. The doors were too difficult to manage. Amenities were below expectations. There was shampoo but no conditioner, no access to a blow dryer. A complementary breakfast of packaged muffins and granola bars. The curtains when closed had a small gap that made me feel unsafe.

Awfullll!!!

I do not write many reviews!!! But this one was definitely needed!!! Extended stay should be ashamed to have a hotel this bad in condition. We asked to switch rooms when we got there. The carpet in the first room had so many stains it’s bad the shower had stains as well. The smell in the rooms and the hotel itself smelt of garlic!!! The gentleman in the front was kind enough to give us a new room that had tile, but even then the room was bad below are pictures of the second room. They rooms are so badly out dated. Thankfully it was only for one night. However the first night around 9pm someone decided to make bacon and it smelt through the whole hallways and rooms of the hotel. It was sooo bad!!! The only pro I can say is that this hotel is by everything restaurants Target Walmart best bud the cottonwood mall. That's all! I would definitely not ever recommend staying there!!!! It definitely need some major upgrades!!! Plus the beds were about the size of a twin bed!!!

The room was decent but it was definitely outdated. Not really clean either. The phones were also down which was frustrating because you couldnt contact the front desk. The property was just over priced for a ghetto place like this. Definitely not worth the price. Also, the breakfast was only oatmeal and a muffin. Definitely disappointed in my experience overall.
