Wonderful Villa Palme, with swimming pool, garden, free Wi-Fi, for 14 people

VILLA PALME (Cin: IT081001C24QTEPM6H) is a prestigious and stunning villa with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a swimming pool, parking, and free Wi-Fi.
The entire villa is rented exclusively.
In fact, starting from the 2020 season, the owners no longer live in a side section of the villa, as they did in previous years until 2019.
The villa is part of a fully renovated ancient 'Baglio', immersed in a lush garden surrounding the swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 14 people. Modern and equipped with every comfort, it retains its ancient charm.
The villa is located in a strategic point on the Gulf of Castellammare, halfway between the airports of Palermo and Trapani.
Within one kilometer, we find restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and supermarkets for all your needs.
Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
Check-in is possible until midnight, but after 9:30 PM, a €50 late check-in fee will be charged.
A €200 cash security deposit will be required upon check-in. This deposit will be refunded upon check-out if you comply with the waste separation rules.
Different times must be agreed with the owners and will incur a surcharge, as described at the end of the description under optional extras.
For a comfortable stay, a rental car is recommended.
No pets allowed.
The Villa features:
5 bedrooms (2 double bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms, 2 triple bedrooms that can use bathrooms outside the bedrooms, and 1 quadruple bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. The quadruple bedroom is also connected to a triple bedroom, but both have a separate entrance from the patio, so simply lock the connecting door and it will be isolated from the other bedroom).
All bedrooms are equipped with TVs, air conditioning, sheets, blankets, linens, towels, and bath towels (not for use in the pool);
5 bathrooms, 1 of which does not have a shower;
1 poolside shower surrounded by green hedges, in addition to the 5 bathrooms;
2 kitchens (indoor and outdoor with BBQ), equipped with dishwashers and many other appliances, TVs, and tables for 8 that can be extended to seat up to 14 people.
2 living areas with sofas and armchairs inside;
1 sofa with 2 armchairs in the outdoor living room;
1 laundry room with washer and dryer.
1 large swimming pool (12 meters x 6 meters), 1.2 meters deep.
The pool is open year-round.
1 large garden.
1 large parking lot with 4 parking spaces, 2 of which are covered (electric or plug-in vehicles are not permitted to be plugged into the house's electrical outlets for charging).
Villa Palme is the ideal place to spend a wonderful holiday combining relaxation and culture.
In fact, just a few minutes' drive away are the free-access Alcamo Marina beach with fine, golden sand, the town of Alcamo with its Castle of the Counts of Modica, the Bosco D'Alcamo Nature Reserve on Mount Bonifato, the Churches and DOC Alcamo White Wine Trail, the Castellammare del Golfo tourist port with its Castle, the Faraglioni of Scopello with its village and the Scopello Tonnara, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, the Greek Temple of Segesta with its Greek Amphitheater, and the Segesta thermal waters—all just minutes away.
Just a 30-minute drive away are the city of Palermo with all its wonders and shopping centers, Monreale, Erice, Custonaci and its "Grotta Mangiapane," Trapani with its salt pans, Marsala with its Stagnone Nature Reserve and the island of Mothia, the Punic ship of Marsala, Castelvetrano, and Selinunte with its Archaeological Park.
Things to know:
- The pool will be cleaned weekly, including water quality checks, at no additional cost.
- Smoking is permitted in the villa's large outdoor areas.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the bedrooms and any interior areas of the villa.
- Connecting electric or plug-in vehicles to the villa's power outlets to recharge batteries is prohibited.
- Hosting guests who are not part of the reservation is prohibited.
By prior arrangement with the owners, guests outside of the reservation may be accommodated, up to a maximum of 14 people, even for a single day without an overnight stay, for an additional fee of €40 per person per day.
- Pets are not allowed.
Upon check-in, you will be asked to pay a €200 cash security deposit, which will be refunded upon check-out if you comply with the waste separation rules.

The video surveillance system is turned off while guests are present. Furthermore, for your peace of mind, the cameras in the privacy areas are covered with black covers, while those in the parking lot and at the gate are left uncovered to act as a deterrent to anyone approaching the villa. There are no cameras in the bedrooms or bathrooms. The area is, however, very quiet.
Other optional extras are available at the villa for an additional fee.
OPTIONAL EXTRA CHARGES
- The white bath/shower towels provided in each room cannot be used for the pool or beach.
If you do not have pool/beach towels, we can rent them for you at a cost of €10 per towel for the entire stay.
- For early check-in, please inquire for availability. A supplement of €30 will be charged for each additional hour of use of the villa.
- For a late check-out, please inquire about availability. A supplement of €30 will be charged for each additional hour of use of the villa.
- To request a crib, please inquire about availability because we need to rent it. A supplement of €100 will be charged for the entire stay, including rental costs and transportation to check-in and check-out, provided by the rental company.
- To request a high chair, please inquire about availability because we need to rent it. A supplement of €40 will be charged for the entire stay, including rental costs and transportation to check-in and check-out, provided by the rental company.
- If you wish to host a friend or relative at the villa during your stay, even if they are not staying overnight and only for the day, you must first obtain permission from the owners. If this is granted, you will be asked to pay a supplement of €40 per person for each day, even if it is partial.
- While late check-in is possible until midnight, please note that if you check in after 9:30 PM, a €50 late check-in fee will be charged.
- For other requests not listed, please contact the owners for the fee.
