Charming villa located just outside the symbolic town of Alcudia, just a few minutes from the Paradise Bay, ranked as one of the 7 best international beaches. It has a spacious landscaped garden, surrounded by native trees, paved terraces with cocquetos corners to relax, inviting swimming pool, paddle tennis and soccer. The villa is distributed as follows: at the foot of the villa is a large covered terrace with a nice outdoor lounge with pool table and BBQ.
Inside on the ground floor we can find a spacious living room with fireplace and direct access to the porch, followed by a comfortable and spacious fully equipped with outdoor access and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs 1 double, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bath are available. The third double bedroom with en suite is a great attraction for the funniest of the house. All rooms are carefully detailed, with the best finishes in quality materials and exquisite decoration renovated rustic Mallorcan style.

Charming villa in great location

Very nice rustic villa. A few minor issues but these were quickly resolved by the friendly owner. Kids really enjoyed the tennis, football & pool.

Great villa

Beautiful villa and excellent hosts. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us! The grounds are well maintained, the villa was beautiful and rustic and had everything you needed. My son loved having holiday pets of tortoises and chickens. I would highly recommend for a family holiday.

Great facilities and house

Loved our stay. We had a car so was able to go to large supermarkets. This may have been difficult without a car. The pool, outdoor kitchen, football and tennis courts were fun. The only thing’s missing was beach items such as chairs and mats as we had thought previous guests would leave them there as we did. Hosts were super friendly and informative. Thank you for a great stay ❤️

Great Property

Lovely property which is located close to the Bellevue area of Alcudia. It is close to lots of restaurants and shops (within walking distance). The pool is great and was very clean. The staff were lovely and kind, from the Gardner to the Maid. When leaving we had directed our pre-booked taxi to the wrong location and it was very difficult talking to the taxi firm when you only know one or two words of Spanish. The owner of the property and the Maid got on the phone and soon sorted the issue. They went above and beyond. Without them I think the taxi would have refused to come. All in all it was a lovely stay. The owner also brought us pastries on the day we were leaving which was very kind. The neighbours have horses and a cute little chihuahua dog which I wanted to take home as it was adorable. I’d definitely recommend this property if staying in Alcudia.

We had a wonderful time at Juan Carlos's villa. It has everything you need - a pool, tennis courts, snooker table, bbq and even tortoises in the garden. Maralina was lovely and very helpful throughout our trip. We did struggle a lot with the local taxi company who were very hit and miss and often no taxi turned up meaning we waited for over an hour before giving up on them one night. I think there is a problem in general with the taxis in this area. Therefore I would recommend having a car if you are staying here. It is an easy walk to Alcudia but Port de Pollenca is nicer for dinner and drinks- 15 min drive away. There are shops within walking distance also. We would stay again for certain if we knew the taxis were running properly so everyone can have a drink with dinner!

Just lovely

Really beautiful property. Kids loved the tennis court! Feb visit so needed a fire at night which was so cosy and easy to create with wood and kindling provided. Marilina and Tolo friendly, warm and attentive hosts, generous with eggs from their chickens and a lovely traditional mallorca pastry for breakfast on penultimate morning . Can’t fault anything.. thoroughly recommend and thank you to a really genuine host family who could not do enough to make sure we were happy and comfortable !

Perfect place to relax. Close to shops and the pool was amazing.

We went on holiday as a family. It was a fantastic break. The villa had all that you would need. It was great to walk to bars and the supermarket was close by to get provisions. Having a car helped us get and explore the wonderful island. Looking to go back next year. !!!!!

A beautiful, peaceful oasis in a lively town!

This property is fantastic! Super clean with everything you need. The pool is superb, the BBQ area is great and the opportunity to play tennis and football was welcomed after all the lazy sunbathing and BBQ’s! I would recommend a car for a couple of reasons. The road that the property is on is not particularly pedestrian friendly and there are much nicer places to frequent than the Alcúdia strip that the finca is closest too. Old Alcúdia and Pollensa beach are 10 mins by car and have great restaurants. The couple that live next door are wonderful and offered help if ever we needed it, and gave us fresh chicken eggs! Check in and out was made extremely easy with great communication from the owners. Thank you for a wonderful holiday x

Just back from 2 weeks at this beautiful Villa ... it really is just as nice as it looks in the photo’s so you will not be disappointed .. Great location, nice and quiet but just a 10 min it stroll to shops and bars. Great for the kids to have football, tennis and pool to play and the gardens are just perfect when you want a bit of shade. The owners were very helpful and the next door neighbour even took us to the supermarket. When our transfer failed to show to take us home they had a taxi for 6 people there for us within 10 mins ! Gorgeous Villa and beautiful people, Thankyou very much ❤️

A fantastic villa in a quiet part of Alcudia, but close enough to the bars and nightlife to walk

This villa was perfect in every way - spacious, cool, and most importantly for a peaceful holiday, my teenage sons loved it! They loved the pool, the football pitch and the tennis court. We loved the location which is perfect for a very peaceful holiday where all you can hear is the birds, but take a 10 minute walk along the road and you are at the top of "The Strip". There is a supermarket and bakery nearby (5 minute walk the other way). Marilina and her father were great - we arrived early as we came by ferry from Barcelona and they were quite happy for us to check in early. Marilina was also always available through WhatsApp for any issues I always like to balance my reviews with something negative but I would honestly struggle to find anything negative - the driveway is quite long , there you are that is the best I could do! In summary, absolutely perfect villa , in a perfect location, perfect for a family and perfect if you want a quiet holiday with the option of seeking out nightlife. Hopefully we will be back!!

Very nice stay in Alcudia

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa in Alcudia. It was spotless on our arrival and the hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The villa was well kitted out and spacious and the kitchen especially had everything you could need. We made a lot of use out of the barbecue too which was lovely with the outdoor area to sit and enjoy our meals throughout the day. The pool and outdoor area was very well maintained and spacious. The football pitch and tennis court was a wonderful touch with our two young children. The properly has very pleasant surounding views and is also ideally located with a short drive to the local Alcudia beach and attractions.

Quirky stone villa and landscaped gardens

Family of five had a fabulous time in April staying here. we were blessed with good weather for the week so even went swimming in the pool and sea. Paddle tennis, pool table, tortoises and chickens were a hit with the teenage children. Owners provided fresh eggs for breakfast. :-) It's a long walk to the best bars and restaurants, couple of miles. But a taxi back is only about 9 euros. Good supermarket nearby. A bit of traffic noise from road behind the villa but not too intrusive. Lovely views of mountains with wild goats. You'll need a hire car to get the best from your visit. Owners are very friendly and helpful.

Perfect, rustic family holiday

We had a fabulous stay, enjoying the range of activities - Paddle Tennis, 5-a-side football and Pool Table as well s the lovely swimming pool. Tolo, Marilina and the House Keepers were very friendly and helpful, and were very prompt in all responses. Villa is well placed for visits to the beautiful old town of Alcudia, as well as Pollença, both of which have great fruit and veg markets.

A good villa priced reasonably with a lovely pool area as a main feature.

A good property in a large plot about 25 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk to nearest pub. The villa has a large garden area in front with several interesting stone based sculptures and many fruit trees. Within ten minutes walk there is a large selection of bars and eateries.There's also a stables very close by that does rides for all ages.The pool area is a lovely feature and there's a shaded covered area nearby but no parasols at present.The villa has a rustic feel but the bathrooms are modern and there's a large outside eating area with oven. The road alongside the villa entrance will just take two cars passing so drive and walk with care. Another villa shares the same access off the road and utilises some of the outbuildings on the property. There's a padel court on site (a mixture of tennis and squash).

Sehr schönes Haus

Die Außenanlage und das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Strand ist ein gutes Stück entfernt, mit dem Auto jedoch sehr gut zu erreichen. Einziger Minuspunkt: in der Nähe gibt es eine Kläranlage, je nach Windrichtung riecht es manchmal ein wenig streng.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Es war ein unfassbar toller Urlaub in der Finca. Der Check in & Check out war total entspannt und unkompliziert. Es war alles da was man gebraucht hat und der Aussenbereich war einfach traumhaft. Sehr freundlich und lieb war auch die Überraschung mit dem mallorqinischem Gebäck an einem morgen. Gab nur zwei Minuespunkte. Das eine Bett hat nur beim rumdrehen schon allein laute Geräusche gemacht und an manchen Abende hat man die Kläranlage gerochen die scheinbar nicht weit weg ist. Kann man aber trotzdem nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit die wir haben durften.

Traumhaft

Für unseren Familienurlaub im Herbst haben wir genau die richtige Unterkunft gefunden. Ein tolles rustikales Haus mit allem was man braucht, einen gepflegten, wunderschönen Garten mit Pool und sportlichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten (die jeden Tag intensiv genutzt wurden :-)!) und vielen Katzen, die uns regelmäßig besucht, aber nicht gestört haben. Da die Hauptsaison auf Mallorca gerade beendet war, konnten wir die Insel ohne großen Urlauberandrang genießen. Vielen Dank and die tollen Vermieter, die uns mit Tipps zu Restaurants versorgt und mit leckerem Kuchen und frischen Eiern überrascht haben.
