NEW LUXURY VILLA FRONTLINE WITH HEATED POOL

Surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, this new modern villa in Mal Pas enjoys a privileged position in first line with direct access to the sea, ten steps from the white sand beach.

The spacious villa was built in 2016 and is located in a garden plot with heated pool. It develops on two floors, and has a total of 4 double bedrooms with bathroom and an extra toilet. The interior design is completely open and full of natural light.

Other features included in the house are air conditioning with heat pump throughout the house, underfloor heating, double glazing, heated pool, fireplace, elevator, cupboards, parquet floors, piped music, home automation system and a triple garage basement.

- Location and attractions:

It is Mal Pas, located minutes from Alcudia and Pollensa, offers all the tranquility of the island with the best residential possibilities. The sports entertainment is a constant and surrounding areas to the residential area is the golf course Aucanada. Marinas for pleasure boats and Bonaire Marine Real Club Nautico de Puerto Pollença are also very close to housing.

On the other hand, AlcĂșdia is a town in the northeast of Mallorca very ancient origins, as part of its urban core is walled, has a Roman theater and the remains of the Roman city of Pollentia. The port of Alcudia is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the summer leisure, thanks to its endless beaches, sports facilities for recreational boats, magnificent promenade and evening entertainment.

Unser Weihnachtsurlaub in dieser mallorquinischen Ferienunterkunft war eine Mischung aus positiven und negativen Erlebnissen.Positiv:- Herzliche Gastgeberin mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten- GroßzĂŒgige WohnflĂ€che, ausreichend Platz fĂŒr 6 Personen- Tolle Lage direkt am Meer- Praktischer Fahrstuhl fĂŒr GepĂ€ck- Sauberkeit in Ordnung- Vielseitige Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein guter GasgrillNegativ:- KĂŒchenausstattung fĂŒr die GrĂ¶ĂŸe der Gruppe ungeeignet- Töpfe und Pfannen in schlechtem Zustand- Beheizbarer Pool war nicht warm genug- Fehlender Fitnessbereich- Diverse MĂ€ngel/Alterserscheinungen im Haus- Schwankender Wasserdruck und -temperatur- UnvollstĂ€ndige WLAN-Abdeckung besonders in den Zimmern im OGFazit:Die Unterkunft hat Potenzial, das durch die gute Lage und die ausreichende GrĂ¶ĂŸe des Hauses unterstrichen wird. Leider wurden wir durch mehrere MĂ€ngel und Unstimmigkeiten enttĂ€uscht, insbesondere in Bezug auf die KĂŒchenausstattung und den beheizbaren Pool. Mit entsprechenden Verbesserungen und einer ehrlicheren Beschreibung könnte das Haus ein großartiger Ort fĂŒr einen Urlaub sein. Aktuell wĂŒrden wir die Unterkunft jedoch nur eingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.

80th birthday celebration

Wonderful property in great location close to quiet beaches and beautiful ocean views! Had all the facilities you would expect from a large villa and Maria was a very attentive host when assistance was required. Great base for exploring Alcudia and Pollensa. Only issue was initially finding the villa and some plumbing issues (downstairs bathroom had some drainage issues which caused bad smells). Overall a wonderful stay for a special family celebration.

Perfect Villa for Family Getaway

The Villa is amazing. The pictures and description are totally accurate, this home is pristine. The host was not on site for the check in but there was a representative there to show us the many amenities the villa has to offer. The hosts were very prompt in replying to any of our questions. A fruit basket and beverages were waiting for us which was very much appreciated. Plus, the beautiful pool is indeed heated! Great views from all the bedrooms and deck area. Perfect location with restaurants and beaches within walking distance. We had a fantastic vacation at S’Atalaia!

Luxuriöses Zuhause zur MandelblĂŒte!

Wir sind mit Freunden im Februar zur MandelblĂŒte in dieser tollen Luxusvilla in Mal Pas Bon Air gewesen. Die Bilder geben zu 100 % das uns vom netten Besitzer ĂŒbergebene Haus wieder. Schon die Kommunikation vor der Anreise war sehr nett und wegen Corona auch bis zum letzen Tag vor der Anreise sehr kulant zwecks Stornierung. In der heutigen Zeit fanden wir das sehr wichtig. Vielen lieben Dank liebe Marie dafĂŒr. Die Villa hat eine Traumlage an der Bucht von Pollencia. Jeden Morgen dieser tolle Blick vom Bett (ĂŒbrigens aus allen 4 Schlafzimmern) auf die Bucht. Wir wurden mit einer kompletten Erstausstattung was ein FrĂŒhstĂŒck braucht empfangen. Ein großer Obstkorb, große Schale Orangen, Wein, Cola , Wasser und vieles mehr waren ebenfalls da. Die Ausstattung in der KĂŒche sehr sehr gut. Die Villa als solches ist ĂŒberall sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet inclusive eines Fahrstuhles. Super bequeme Betten und jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes tolles Bad und zusĂ€tzlich noch ein GĂ€stebad. Wir konnten durch das tolle Wetter auch im Februar wunderbar die Terrassen nutzen. Wenn man wie wir die Insel zur MandelblĂŒte abfahren möchte , braucht man fĂŒr diese Villa selbstverstĂ€ndlich ein Auto. Nach Alcudia sind wir aber auch locker zu Fuß in 25 min gekommen. Also alles in einem, klare Empfehlung fĂŒr diese Villa. Vielen lieben Dank Maria und Pedro. Lg aus Deutschland

Top Villa with lovely Host

The villa is exactly as described on the internet. The hosts are very nice and the communication was just top. Nothing was missing and we had 10 days of pure vacation fun. The surroundings are very beautiful and the beach within walking distance. I must emphasize the direct view of the sea and the quiet location. Our children liked the heated pool, so the bathing fun was guaranteed both in the sea and in the pool. We will come again. Many thanks to the hosts Roger & Family

Wow! What a place!

This villa could not have been more suitable for us. We were a party of 7 (two families with teenagers) and all loved, loved, loved it. The villa is immaculate and had everything we needed with plenty of space, beautiful bedrooms (all overlooking the stunning view) and all the facilities you need if you want to stay in. The pool is lovely, again overlooking the amazing view, but we ended up more often crossing the road to swim in the clear blue sea opposite. Mal Pas - Bon Aire itself is just gorgeous. It has an incredibly laid back vibe. A ridiculously well stock supermarket, trendy and more traditional restaurants and the nearest “big” beach (a 5 min walk away) is glorious and has a great beach bar serving stunning fish. Alcudia old town is a 25 min walk away if you’re looking for somewhere busier but to be honest we were very happy staying locally and sampling all it had to offer. Huge thanks to Maria and Pedro for making us so welcome and being incredibly responsive to our needs. We hope to see you again soon.

Beautiful stay

My family and I stayed in this beautiful house for seven days. The house has four bedrooms with connected bathrooms, a spacious living/dinning room, kitchen, terrace with pool, little garden with an amazing and stunning view over the Pollença Bay including Cap de Formentor. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Hence, the service was A+ rated from started to the end. The house was clean. Regarding the location, it is located within the first sea view line and in the middle of other beautiful houses. However, I strongly recommend renting a car to be more flexible. Bon Aire is situated around 5min from Alcudia (Supermarkets, small shops), 10min to Puerto de Alcudia and around 40min to Palma city. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back soon!

Relaxing beautiful stay facing the water

We really enjoyed this gorgeous house, where we spent 6 days mainly doing nothing but enjoying the view. The house is new and very well done. The huge windows allow you to make the most of the view of the bay when inside, and there is plenty of terrace space for outdoor relaxing,eating, and dipping in the lovely pool (though in February we weren't able to take maximum advantage of these benefits but would love to come back when it's warmer out!). In addition to the rocky area across from the house, there are 2 small sandy and beautiful beaches within walking distance which are great for kids as the bay is shallow and calm. Miguel and his mother were very responsive to our requests and provided help finding places to go, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend this house for a very relaxing, peaceful holiday!

If I could give it 10 stars I would. We love, love, loved this beautiful home, neighborhood and island. Decor, layout, cleanliness of the home were all top notch. Daily walk to the market for fresh croissants- get the chocolate! Then a short walk to dinner at 5 Oceans. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful home, the beautiful neighborhood, and the beautiful people and beach.

Really nice house - looks like never used. We stayed at second part of Sep. so heated swimming pool was really the thing to enjoy! Very quite place ideal for family holidays! You need a car for sure, but if you have one in just a 5-10 min you can be everywhere;))

A very happy 10 day stay. There is always anxiety when arriving, but I have to say the villa was exactly how it was described. Pedro was always contactable and very helpful.

Tolle Villa und erholsamer Urlaub!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind fantastisch. Die Vermieter sind bei Fragen sofort zur Stelle und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Mallorca. Ich habe schon mehrere Fincas gemietet und habe so einen reibungslosen und tollen Urlaub noch nie gehabt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbar, tolles Haus, geniale Umgebung

Das Haus ist wundervoll und sehr ordentlich, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr ehrliche Menschen. Selten haben wir so ein tolles Ferienhaus gehabt.

this is a really lovely property in a great location overlooking the sea at Mal Pas.

The villa is beautifully decorated and furnished to a high specification with modern good quality fittings and decorations. One of the bedrooms does not have a shower which was a little disappointing, only a hand held shower in the bath which I am sure could be easily remedied. It didn't cause a problem for us as a family travelling together but might trouble another group. The use of an underground car park and lift in the property were very suitable for us and would be for someone with mobility issues. There is also a bedroom on the main floor. The only irksome matter was that the TV was out of order an wasn't repaired during our stay as it required an new satellite dish. Otherwise, we were really happy and aim to return to the villa next year. I would caution people with young children as the pool is not sealed off with a fence or gate, however it was ideal for us and our grown up family. I hope Pedro and Miguel continue to invest in the property to maintain its high standard. Well done guys.

This amazing place made our holidays perfect

We stayed 4 weeks in this wonderful villa. The welcome was lovely, Pedro's parents surprised us with flowers, fruit basket, wine and much more. Once a week his Mom spoiled us with fresh regional delicacies and Pedro was always reliable and a good holiday guide. They are such a lovely family. The villa is very nice furnished, bright, flooded with light and equipped with very comfortable beds. You have a stunning view from everywhere. We also appreciated the direct access to this turquoise sea. We will come back.
