Very cozy. Not far from town yet felt secluded. Other than some plumbing issues, everything else was great. Really enjoyed the fire pit at night. Would stay again.

Great place

This was a great cabin that was close to Asheville and nice in the woods. We wanted a fenced in yard for the dogs so this place was perfect. Lots of towels and blankets, which is key.

Perfect!

This is a perfect property - exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious, well maintained. Loved the fenced yard for our pup. Kitchen well stocked, large dining table great for games and family meals. Gas grill a great addition. The two separate bedrooms with baths was nice for privacy. Excellent location - secluded yet close enough to Asheville for day trips/exploring. Grocery store just a few miles away also very convenient. A perfect weekend getaway with friends - thank you

Good location but a few issues

We loved the location and the home. The directions provided were not great and there were a few small maintenance issues. I wish there was someone that answered a call vs. leaving a message and waiting for a call back.

Minutes away from the city, but perfectly remote

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect fit. The property is wooded, has a fire pit, AND a hot tub. As well as a fireplace inside! It had exactly the cabin feel we wanted, being literally around the corner frrom downtown Asheville. This was exactly what we needed - thank you!

Nice stay with everything we needed

We had a great time at Hidden Pond as a family! We enjoyed the fenced yard for our dogs, the hottub and the fire pit. The house was clean and cozy. The only con was that we did not realize the property was off of a busy road. There was one day that tree work was being done at the road all day directly in front of the house which was disruptive to the relaxing atmosphere. I realize that is out of CM’s control, just wish it was noted in the listing that the road is busy! Other than that one day we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Cozy and Clean Cabin

The cabin was spotless which is so appreciated. Loved the little touches like soaps and plenty of towels, etc. Beds were comfy too. The only downside is that it’s close to a somewhat busy road so it’s not as quiet as we wanted and a risk if you have a dog who decides to slip down the open deck and head toward the road. Thankfully, we got him back quickly and after blocking the opening with the furniture, we solved the problem. If the gate could open the opposite way, that would help. Just a thought. The dogs did appreciate the backyard very much.

Nice rental

Our family of five arrived to a wonderful cabin with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. A few down sides are the back deck is in need of repair, we had to strip our own beds and start a load of sheets before we left. There isn't a clear view of the mountains and it wasn't as secluded as we had hoped as the cabin is in a neighborhood. Overall we had a good time as we were close to downtown Asheville (10 minute drive) and had plenty to keep us busy.
