In fact, both the famous Lido di Alghero with its bathing establishments and numerous bars and restaurants, and the relaxing beach of Maria Pia with its immense pine forest and its equipped areas are easily accessible on foot. The house consists of a comfortable and spacious living room with a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher and an adjoining large veranda ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed plus a single bed. The bathroom, with window, includes a shower, bidet, sink and washing machine. Nearby restaurants, bars, supermarkets, padel courts, bike paths and every type of service necessary to spend a comfortable and relaxing holiday. There is also a private parking space.
