The villa is thoughtfully designed over two floors. The ground floor features a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. Upstairs, you’ll find the main double bedroom, a mansarda with two double sofa beds and a single fold-out bed, a twin room with two single beds, and another bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. The upstairs is accessed via a stairway through the main bedroom. The villa sleeps 6 comfortably.

Security and Privacy

For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with CCTV in select areas, ensuring security without compromising your privacy, only the main entrances and outbuildings are covered, the rear garden, pool and gazebo areas have blackout privacy sections so not recorded. Please note, the villa is not suitable for guests with severe accessibility challenges.

Splendide

Tout Ă©tait parfait, la propriĂ©tĂ© est vraiment trĂšs jolie et il y a une trĂšs grande terrasse ombragĂ©e au bord de la piscine, ce qui est vraiment trĂšs apprĂ©ciable en Ă©tĂ©. La maison est entourĂ©e d’un trĂšs beau jardin. Elle se situe dans la campagne et l’endroit est trĂšs calme. Alghero est trĂšs proche, Ă  quelques minutes de voiture. La maison est spacieuse, trĂšs propre et il y a 2 salles de bain, un plus 😊. Les responsables de la maison nous ont trĂšs bien accueillis et sont disponibles au cas de besoin. Nous avons passĂ© une magnifique semaine et c’est trĂšs volontiers que nous y reviendrions.

Belle villa tout confort aux abords d'Alghero

Nous sommes restĂ©s une semaine mi- aoĂ»t dans la villa Gaskin. Elle dispose de tout le confort nĂ©cessaire : lave linge, lave vaisselle (certes vieillissant), barbecue, grand jardin sans vis Ă  vis, climatisation, wi-fi... Et meme grille pain. Matt et son agent sur place Ashley sont charmants et font tout pour vous rendre la vie agrĂ©able. La description sur le site correspond en tout point Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©. Nous nous sommes sentis bien des le premier jour, comme chez nous!!! Le rapport qualitĂ©-prix est excellent, voire imbattable. Le menage Ă  la fin de la semaine est fait sans supplĂ©ment de prix, les draps et serviettes prĂȘtĂ©s Ă©galement !!!!!! Nous avons passĂ© deux autres semaines en Sardaigne dans des endroits diffĂ©rents (via des sites concurrents) et cette location Ă©tait de loin la meilleure. Il faut quand mĂȘme savoir que la villa est situĂ©e en dehors d'Alghero, des grandes surfaces se trouvent Ă  proximitĂ© Ă  2-3 km , de superbes plages Ă  15 minutes en voiture ( la plage de la bombarde notamment), Capo Cacia et la grotte de Neptune Ă  30-40 minutes. La voiture est donc indispensable. Matt si nous revenons Ă  Alghero, nous reviendrons chez toi...

Es hat uns alles super gut gefallen! Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum und nach Alghero sind es höchstens 10 Autominuten! Gulio ist unser Ansprechpartner vor Ort gewesen und war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!Es waren sehr erholsame zwei Wochen und wir können die Unterkunft nur wĂ€rmstens empfehlen!

Die Villa nebst GrundstĂŒck und Pool befinden sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Der Pool wird durch den vor Ort tĂ€tigen "Hausmeister" regelmĂ€ĂŸig gereinigt und gewartet; auch sonst hat der lokale , freundliche Ansprechpartner jederzeit ein offenes Ohr und hilft gern.Das Anwesen war insgesamt sauber.Etwas gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig sind die in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft wohnenden Hunde, die jedenfalls auf unseren Zweibeiner Ă€ußerst ablehnend und mit entsprechendem Knuren und Bellen (durch den vorhandenen Zaun) reagiert haben. Nach einigen Tagen hat sich aber auch dies gelegt.

The pool is very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t love being video-taped all the time. There were 4 video cameras on the outside tracking every movement, only sparing the pool. The bathrooms are a bit old. Everything was super clean. The person taking care onsite was super nice.

Die Villa war perfekt fĂŒr unsere BedĂŒrfnisse. Der Pool hat insbesondere den Kindern viel Spaß gemacht. Die Lage in der NĂ€he von Alghero war sehr gut fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung geeignet Einzig die Aufteilung der Schlafmöglichkeit hĂ€tte etwas besser sein können. Insgesamt empfehlenswert!

Amazing private and peaceful stay - beautiful Sardinia!

We had a great few nights here as a couple. It would easily have accommodated another couple or family. Beautiful grounds and very friendly and warm hosts. We loved this part of Sardinia and the villla was a great location for heading into town or taking a drive to several areas. Also great for just relaxing one day by the pool! The overall experience was like a cozy summer cottage and we would recommend to anyone who appreciates that rustic charm. Thank you Matt, Lizzie and Giulio!

Rating: Exterior Pool & Garden: 5/5 Outside Dining & BBQ: 3/5 Interior Living & Kitchen: 3/5 Bedrooms: 3/5 (with 4 persons, 2/5 with 6+ persons) Accessability: 2/5 (not suited for the disabled) Pros: Very nice exterior of the house, big garden surrounded by hedges Nice big clean pool Julio the property caretaker is really friendly and helpfull and keeps the grounds in a great condition All windows had mosquito covers so you could leave the windows open The location is great being within 5min of supermarkets and 10mins of the Algero old town Beds are comfortable House interior was clean and tidy Cons: Not suitable for disable persons, far to many steps with no guide rails The main bedroom is open with the stairs leading right though it, i.e. you have to go though the bedroom to get from the other bedroom to the kitchen/living room area There is no door from the kitchen to the upstairs bedroom so don't cook anything smelly Not sure how the house is to sleep 8 people, at least not comfprotably. Living room area is suited for 5 people at a squeeze not 8, 1x 2 seater + 1x 3 seater sofa No satilite TV, you can only cast to the TV and watch what DVD are available in the house There is only 1 main double bed bedroom (a touch misleading from the online photos) If sleeping 6 people the hallway upstairs tuns into a bedroom, beware there is very little privacy to be had in the house The BBQ are is essentially just a big stone pit, takes very long to get any reasonable heat into it

We recently stayed at Villa Gaskin, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa is available for holiday rentals year-round, accommodating up to 6 to 8 guests. Here’s what we loved: Stunning Pool Area: The private pool area was nothing short of paradise. Crystal-clear waters, comfortable sunbeds, and lush surroundings made it a perfect spot to unwind. Well-Equipped Facilities: From Wi-Fi (a rare find!) to towels, utensils, and even Netflix, Villa Gaskin had everything we needed. The barbecue and covered seating area near the pool were delightful. Idyllic Location: Although it feels like you’re deep in the countryside, the villa is just a 5-minute drive from Alghero. Pro tip: Get directions from the owner to avoid any navigation hiccups. Overall, Villa Gaskin felt like a home away from home. A Quiet Haven

The most amazing holiday, The Villa was Amazing, Pool and Garden were so lovely to stay round each day. Alghero is beautiful. Well worth a visit and would come back to this property again next year.

Successful Auction Bid!

We had a great week - the outside area is perfect and was clean and tidy. Pool was glorious and again very clean. The 'caretaker' was very responsive and extremely helpful for when we needed taxis or for any questions we had. Possibly better for a family, not great sleeping arrangements for 3 grown up couples! Lovely and quiet and away from the busy nearby town but not too far away for lovely eateries and shopping! Would love to come back

Le paradis en octobre

Quelques jours avant notre arrivĂ©e, j'ai contactĂ© Giulio, une merveilleuse personne, serviable, sympathique, pleine d'humour... Une fous sur l'Ăźle, nous avons pu rejoindre la villa sans problĂšmes. Cette villa est superbe pour 4 personnes, immense jardin, piscine parfaite, intĂšrieur Ă©quipĂ© comme il se doit... Et puis l'emplacement est aussi parfait. Nous avons passĂ© 2 semaines de parfait bonheur dans un endroit idyllique. Pour faire court: le paradis en octobre. Merci Matthew, merci Giulio 😘😘😘

Wir haben den sehr großen Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Im Pizzaofen gelangen uns sehr gute Pizzen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Wir wĂŒrden wieder dort buchen.

Best place to stay in Alghero

We had just two fantastic weeks at this lovely place which is really a small paradise. The house and the garden are amazing and much better than the pictures on the internet. The garden is huge and our dog loved it playing araound. There are many other dogs and he even made friend with one. The pool is huge and we all could use it at any time we wanted, even in the night because of the light. There is also regular cleaning of the pool by Giulio who is also available at any time you need him. We have been 4-5 people at this place and the space in the house has been enough. We all would stay again at this place and hope that many other people can enjoy it.

Stunning Villa & Amazing Pool Area

We went for 2 weeks and could have stayed more. only went to beach twice as the pool area here was so beautiful who needs the Sea!! Facilities are excellent and well equiped, will defo come back next year. overal fantastic value for money. it was a quiet out of the way haven, loved every minute.

geweldige vakantie in een geweldig mooie Villa

De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad gebied is prachtig en compleet met barbeque en pizza oven. We hebben genoten van de villa en het eiland. Gezien de ligging is een auto een absolute aanrader.

Fantastic Location & Property

We wanted a break to have peace out of the town. this was perfect yet only a 10 min drive back into the stunning Alghero port town. Villa had all the amenities you need and of course a pool. will definitely be booking again next year. Thanks Matt.

Tolle Villa auf Sardinien

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Villa Gaskin. Der Buchungsvorgang war prima. Wir erhielten sofort alle nötigen Informationen. Vor Ort wartete Giulio schon mit den SchlĂŒsseln und hat uns alles Wesentliche erlĂ€utert. Giulio war auch wĂ€hrend unserer Aufenthaltszeit unser Ansprechpartner und hat uns zudem tolle Tipps fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, StrĂ€nde und Restaurants gegeben. Die Ausstattung entsprach unseren Erwartungen komplett. Zum ersten Mal seit vielen Jahren haben wir nichts vermisst. Auch die Ausstattung der KĂŒche war hervorragend. Die Anlage selbst ist wunderschön. Der Poolbereich mit angeschlossener Terrasse und Außengrill bot die Möglichkeit, auch die sehr heißen Tage in toller AtmosphĂ€re zu verbringen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr schönes Anwesen. Toller Pool.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage und dennoch sind viele StrĂ€nde, SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und vor allem Alghero schnell erreichbar. Tolles Anwesen mit Garten, Pool und Terrasse. Hervorragend verwaltet vor Ort. Sehr empfehlenswert.

House with nice swimmingpool

The house is located outside Alghero and has a large garden with a modern and clean swimmingpool.. The house fits well for a 6 person family with 3 sleeping rooms. If you don't mind to pick the car, it takes around 15 minutes drive to visit Alghero. For those that wants to sit at home all day, one can watch television as there is a big screen in the living room. The set up is a little bit strange as the shower is nect to the living room / kitchen and the open kitchen is rather small. Further, when coming from the swimming pool you need to go the other side of the house to enter the house. Further, two pieces of canvas have been put in the garden which limits your view on eg the swimming pool. All in all we enjoyed the stay.. Many thanks
