The villa located on the hills of Alghero is a refuge overlooking the sea surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation which can be appreciated from the veranda with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Alghero.
The villa is located in a hilly area surrounded and immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation of the Alghero countryside. Divided into two levels with the living area on the upper floor and the sleeping area on the lower one with 1 bathroom per area. In the lower area, there is a large space with a table football to brighten up the evenings. The villa offers a splendid view from the terrace organized for being able to have lunch outdoors and enjoy the summer breeze and the splendid sunsets over the Gulf of Alghero. People like to stay out of the summer crowds and enjoy the silence and privacy that the property offers.
The kitchen is equipped with all accessories and all
comfort.
There is a large terrace furnished with chairs and a dining table.
A barbecue is available for guests.
