Villa 'Dimora Sella - Alice' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Alghero, the recently renovated Villa Alice (64 m²) can accommodate up to 2 people and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The villa is part of a carefully maintained complex surrounded by nature, just a short walk from Alghero. You will find a well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a baby cot, and a high chair available on request. An outdoor shower by the pool adds comfort to your stay.



Outside, there is a veranda, ideal for relaxing among the olive trees. The shared outdoor pool, also surrounded by olive trees, offers a perfect environment for relaxing in nature.



Shared parking is available on site and pets are allowed. The owners live on the property, but not in your accommodation, and are available to provide advice or information about the area. You may encounter various animals, including dogs, cats, and horses, all cared for by the owners.



Events are not allowed. You must respect quiet hours from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Smoking is prohibited indoors and in common areas. Diving, splashing, or shouting are not allowed in the pool to maintain a relaxing atmosphere. Waste separation is required, with daily waste collection (except Sundays) by the staff.



Cleaning service is available for an extra fee. The property is 2 km from the city and can be reached by car, motorcycle, or bicycle.
