Discover this charming holiday villa in Alhaurín el Grande, with capacity for 6 people and equipped with everything necessary to enjoy an unforgettable stay in the heart of nature without giving up proximity to the urban centre. Just five minutes by car from the centre, you can easily access a wide variety of leisure, dining and cultural activities in Málaga, both on the coast and inland, thanks to its excellent road connections 🚗.



The villa stands out for its cosy rural style, combining wood and stone that provide warmth and comfort. It has three bedrooms: on the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and another with two single beds, both with air conditioning and space to store your luggage. On the upper floor, under two-pitched wooden beam ceilings, you will find two double beds and a rest area with a desk, ideal if you need to work or study during your stay 💻.



The interior space includes a modern and fully equipped American kitchen with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, connected to the dining and television area, which guarantees pleasant moments with family or friends 🍽️📺.



Outside, the villa offers a spacious garden with a private pool, children's area, and a spacious barbecue area, perfect for enjoying lunches and dinners outdoors under the porch with a dining table and relaxing views. The outdoor furniture may vary depending on the weather, but always thinking about your comfort. The plot is fenced, ideal for families with children who can have fun in the children's area, although the supervision of the little ones is the responsibility of the adults, especially if they decide to climb up to the treehouse 🏊‍♂️🌳.



Access to the villa is made via a staircase, either from the garden or from the external car park, which has space for one car 🚗. It is important to mention that the owners reside in an independent apartment on the ground floor, without access to the pool or outdoor areas, thus guaranteeing the privacy of guests. Only maintenance staff access the outdoor areas to care for the garden and pool.



This villa of 300 m² has heating via heat pump and air conditioning in all rooms to ensure your comfort in any season. Additionally, it has WiFi, washing machine, dryer and a television for your entertainment 📶🧺📺.

Great accommodation, very nice pool and garden. The owners of the house are very friendly and helpfull. The private parking space is very good, we were able to park a VW multivan without any problems. Great place to stay with children. We had a very good time here and will come back for sure!

Pepi was fantastic from the get go, great communication considering the language barrier! She went the extra mile for us, very helpful, even treating my son to a birthday cake for his birthday! We loved the villa, it suited us 4 adults and a 2 and 4 year old very well. The pool was relaxing and quiet and the childrens area kept them entertained. To me the villa is even bigger than the images portray. We hired a car to go out and about but could have happily stayed at the villa every day. We look forward to hopefully visiting again next year :)

Lovely stay

My wife, our 4-year-old daughter, and I really enjoyed our stay. Yeray and his family were easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. My daughter loved the trampoline and quick dips in the pool (we stayed in last week of November, so the water was cold). The pictures on the website were realistic, and there were no bad surprises. The house is within walking distance of hiking trails (uphill), and beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. And grocery shopping is only 5-10min away by car. The owners live in the lower part of the house, but the house is divided in a good way so you won't be disturbed.

I wanted to share our wonderful experience from our recent family holiday, which was truly fabulous, thanks to the beautiful and well-equipped house we stayed in. It had everything we needed to make our holiday memorable and enjoyable.One of the highlights was cooking outside; it was such a delight to prepare meals in the open air. We also had a fantastic time in the pool, creating fun family memories together. Our children were particularly thrilled with the tree house and all the toys available. They spent hours playing and exploring, which added an extra layer of joy to our stay.None of this would have been possible without our amazing host, Pepi. She was incredibly welcoming and her communication was outstanding, even with the language barrier. Her hospitality made our stay even more special, and we are grateful for her efforts.We are already looking forward to booking again for next year. This holiday has set a high standard for our future vacations, and we can't wait to return.

Fantastic! What a wonderful stay at Pepi’s casa!

We had a wonderful time at Pepi’s casa! The house is wonderful and so is Pepi! Although she lives downstairs you don’t even notice she is there. Pepi wants you to have a perfect stay, so you can ask her anything, anytime. Quit area, private parking, very good mattresses on the beds, plenty of towels to use inside and outside. The house gives you enough space for up to six people. The garden is big with many sun beds and terraces, even you like sun or shadow. There is more than enough to do for children: swimming pool with a slide, treehouse, a little playground and even more. If we have to mention one thing, then it would be nice to have a dishwasher in the kitchen. But it wasn’t a problem for us at all to have none.

We were a party of 5 consisting of 4 adults and a 2 year old. We had the most amazing five days here, the villa has everything you could possibly need and is absolutely stunning. After the first day here we were all saying we would definitely come back and when we had to go home on day 5 that opinion had only grown stronger. Pepi was the most wonderful host, helping us with the oven (very much user error), bringing us fresh produce from her garden which was delicious and amazing quality. Our 2 year old girl had the most magical holiday with the play area, the tree house, lots of toys for her to play with and the pool. The pool was the perfect temperature warm enough for a young toddler but more than refreshing for adults that have been laying in the hot sun. The local town is a 5 minute drive away and you’d definitely want a car to get to the supermarket and other amenities. However, there are Ubers that we used to go to golf a couple of times. Overall a truly unforgettable stay!

Fantastische vakantie villa

Wij mochten met 5 vrienden verblijven in deze prachtige villa. Vanaf het eerste moment was de gastvrouw zeer behulpzaam en hielp ons bij alles wat wij nodig hadden. Bij aankomst was de koelkast gevuld, lagen er badhanddoeken klaar en kon onze geweldige vakantie beginnen. De woning is ruim opgezet en erg schoon en netjes. Het buitengedeelte is in 1 woord geweldig, zwembad is heerlijk, beschikt over een glijbaan, waterval en een jacuzzi. Verder staat er in de buitenkeuken een koelkast en beschikt het over een BBQ. De omgeving is ook erg mooi. Wij zijn regelmatig naar verschillende restaurants geweest in Alhaurin el Grande. Wij willen Pepi en Yeray heel erg bedanken voor het verblijven in deze mooie woning.

Fantastische familievilla!

Fantastische familievilla! Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in deze villa. Het huis was precies zoals verwacht: schoon, comfortabel en perfect voor gezinnen. Het zwembad met bubbels en glijbaan was een groot succes bij onze kinderen, net als de boomhut en het ruime buitenterrein. De eigenaresse woont beneden, maar is totaal niet storend – juist heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een van de beste vakantiehuizen waar we ooit zijn geweest. Absoluut een aanrader voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen!

We had a fabulous holiday in the villa. Everything you could want and more was provided. The garden was a private playground for my grandsons. We could walk into town but the outdoor kitchen was a huge plus we spent all our time outside. Highly recommend for families, I will definitely come back. Antonio is always contactable and so nice. Thank you for providing us your lovely house for my family to enjoy a holiday together

Villa Family is, without a doubt, one of the best Airnbnb we have ever been.From the start communication was excellent, before we even left for the holiday. Our flight was delayed and yet, no problems at all, very flexible and no signs of inconvenience. The villa is fantastic, has everything you need for adults and children. amazing outdoor space and perfect for relaxing and cooking. the whole house was clean and tidy. You could easily stay there all day and there is enough things to keep the children busy. All facilities had clear instructions regarding how to use them. There is a petrol station in the proximity with very friendly staff, always helpful and lovely to talk to. Just 10 mins walking from Alhaurin el grande town centre with loads of nice bars and restaurants and very friendly people.We are very impressed with the villa and we would love to come back one day. we had a fantastic holiday there.
