The room was comfortable and clean. James was friendly at check-in and helpful. Would have liked the temperature in the room to be cooler. 75 degrees is warm for sleeping. The pillows were a little hard . Everything was great that was the only improvement I could hope for. Really beautiful great job!!

The temperature doesn’t adjust in your room. Bathroom smelled like a sewer. Had to move rooms after unpacked. No refills of pods in room. Front staff was inhospitable.

Historic downtown hotel

This is a downtown historic hotel with a big lobby and adjacent bar and eating area...think 1920s but nice. The rooms are big and recently renovated. My suggestion to management is just this...if your customer has a good night's sleep, alot of other sins are forgiven. So, in that regards, ditch the cheap pillows for good ones, and get comfortable hospitality mattresses. Apart from that, everything was fine.
