One elevator was completely out of use. The other was on the fritz and telling people it was over the weight limit and stopping on random floors forcing people to get off. An example was 5 Adults on the elevator. One I know for sure weighs 130lbs and there was no way the other 4 weighed at least 500 each. My family of 4 was 500lbs total and we set it off. The worst was watching people step off of the elevator feeling shamed like they were the ones that set it over.

Overnight stay

Clean room, but quite minimalistic interior. Only one chair, simple micro fridge, not functioning table lamp and bedside lamps. Front desk was not even trying to fix them.
