I would like to express my disappointment regarding several issues during my recent stay.
First, I was initially given a room located next to the central garbage system. The entire room was shaking every five minutes, making it extremely uncomfortable. After I raised this issue, my room was changed upon request, and the new one is much better and quiet — I appreciate that adjustment.
However, another issue occurred with my breakfast. Although I had already paid for it, I was told that it was not included and had to locate my reservation to prove it. Only after showing the confirmation did the staff acknowledge the mistake.
Additionally, the breakfast service itself was unacceptable — it was poorly organized, offered very limited options, served in a crowded area, and the overall food quality was disappointing.
This kind of service is not acceptable. Guests should not have to repeatedly ask for or prove what they have already paid for, and the quality of basic amenities should meet reasonable expectations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that appropriate measures will be implemented to prevent such experiences in the future.
