Enjoy soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and curated elegance. Nestled in Northern Liberties, guests have shared access to a serene courtyard, garden, gym, elevator, and 2 car parking.

THE SPACE:

The Artisan: a meticulously renovated boutique building comprised of custom designed lofts that pay homage to the timeless craftsmanship of artisans. Your unique rental, "The Artisan's Duplex", is a stunning 8-bedroom, 5.5-bath retreat comprised of two beautifully designed apartments combined in 1 rental listing. "The Luminaire" and "The Botanist", are two exquisitely designed bi-level lofts that celebrate artistry, craftsmanship, and the beauty of light and nature. The units are located in a private corridor just off our courtyard entrance, with each apartment door directly across from each other creating "shared access". Each unit offers one-of-a-kind living experience with soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and handcrafted details. Guests enjoy shared access to a serene courtyard, lush garden, gym, and balconies, creating the perfect blend of elegance and tranquility. 2 car off street parking in our private and gated courtyard! UNIT #1 - THE LUMINAIRE: a stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom bi-level loft inspired by the art of illumination. Every detail is thoughtfully crafted to immerse guests in an atmosphere of radiance, warmth, and cozy vibes. Custom chandeliers and fixtures cast intricate shadows, while soft, diffused lighting enhances the rich textures of natural wood beams, polished metals, and luxurious velvet upholstery. Detailed sleeping arrangements include 1x King bed, 3x Queen beds, and 1x Queen sleeper sofa as detailed below:

Walking distance to Old City’s historic sites, the Convention Center, and lively & vibrant Fishtown neighborhood. One of Philly’s best neighborhoods due to its walkable layout, top-notch bars & cafes, and authentic international eateries offering no shortage of options. Quick and easy access to all major highways including 676 and rt 95. Distance to additional attractions:
- 3 min Uber to Old City and all historic sites!
- 8 min Uber to City Hall/Rittenhouse Square.
- 12 min Uber to The Franklin Institute/ Philadelphia Museum of Art/Ben Franklin Parkway.

ADDITIONAL BACKGROUND – THE ARTISAN:
The building boasts a rich history, having once served as the studio of a world-renowned artist famed for his large-scale projects focused on light and glass. The Artisan's full restoration occurred in 2024, and it has been carefully crafted to maintain its historic character and original charm, while seamlessly integrating modern and comforting amenities. In total, the building encompasses 15 units across 4 stories, with each unit being carefully curated to a unique type of Artisanry. Additional features of the property include a single-family home ; large open-air courtyard with water and rock fountain ; multiple outdoor decks and balconies ; private gym; and elevator access. If this rental is fully booked, or you’re in need of multiple rental units, we welcome you to click “contact host” so we can assist in sourcing your full accommodations.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to 2 full bi-level apartments, each with kitchen/dining/living rooms and sleeping arrangements. Enjoy shared amenities, including the gym, courtyard, garden deck, common hall Juliet balcony, and elevator.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
1) Non-registered guests are prohibited at the property, without our prior consent and approval; All approved guests must vacate the property by 11pm.

2) Excessive noise is prohibited and violators are subject to fines and penalties. If excessive noise results in disturbances to other tenants, we reserve the right to evict you and your group without refund.

3) Pets: Dogs are the only type of pet permitted. Size and type of dog must be approved in advance. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to approve or deny any and all pets. Approved pets result in a $95.00 charge before VRBO's taxes and fees.

4) Cleaning During Your Stay: Cleaning during your stay must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, and the cleaning may occur between 9am - 1pm at our cleaner's discretion. Cleaning cost will be billed in advance and at the cleaning fee rate.

5)Please note that parking in the courtyard of our property is limited to small and medium-sized cars only. Due to the tight space, entering and turning around can be challenging. We kindly ask that you avoid bringing large trucks, SUVs, or vans, as they may not fit comfortably or safely.

If you, your group, or your reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following, we kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancelation. You can do so by clicking ‘contact host’ under the listing property description and should include more about yourself and your group, age range of the group, and the total number of guests which will be at the property (whether spending the night or not):
