Close enough to the city yet quiet and convenient. TGIF and Panera next door very handy. Hotel front desk and coffee shop staff were courteous, went out of their way to answer questions/concerns. Room was well appointed, comfortable and large enough for our 4-night stay. Coffee supplies were not refilled for few of our days but the front desk offered us complimentary coffee at the excellent on-site cafe/restaurant. We appreciated the very convenient and friendly shuttle service a couple of times to center city. All in all, this will be our choice of hotel next time we visit the wonderful city of Philadelphia!

Very pleased with the amazing staff, including front desk, housekeeping and breakfast teams but especially with just random staff members on elevators, etc. Seems to be a very cohesive team. Room was very comfortable and breakfast (not included) was very good. Glad we stayed!

My mattress had a whole bunch of brown stains.Frigerator didn't work my bedsheet and the blankets had brown stains look like blood stains almost all over them couldn't get wifi or internet when you call to staff and ask dave tried to make me upgrade to get a better internet package

Staff was nice, but the tv didn’t work, there was no fitted sheet so we had to sleep on top of the flat sheet, there were a lot of questionable stains on the “couch”/oversized chair so we didn’t sit there, the bathroom door didn’t close properly… nice people but we wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

We were attending a show at The Mann so this was as close of a location as we could get. Traffic in front of the hotel was insane, which is not their fault but just made it a bit difficult to get to during rush hour. Staff was pleasant overall and helpful. Hotel itself was clean but our room was a bit questionable. Room looked clean but then we kept finding long strands of hair that wasn't ours in odd places. Overall, stay was good and it was very quiet.
